Fantastic! Perfect place to come back to after busy days spent with friends camping at Snow Canyon. Peaceful and quiet. The pool was awesome. Kitchen and living spaces fantastic. Totally worth the cost, and we plan to come back!

The Ledges is the perfect place to stay

We love to stay at the Ledges because it’s is so quiet, clean, and close to Snow canyon and amazing biking trails. This house was our favorite so far. Spacious for our family, very quiet street (even during spring break) fully stocked with whatever you would need for a nice visit. Will stay here again. Highly recommend.

Great spacious house in quiet neighborhood

We stayed three nights at this beautiful house in St George. It was clean, nicely furnished and stocked with the necessities. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. It seems a bit away from town but access to shopping, Tuacahn, etc is just a few minutes away. Check in/out was easy. I would definitely recommend this home.

Roomy and comfortable

Our family of 6 plus 2 adult friends stayed for 10 days. We all had rooms and bathrooms to ourselves, which made it so comfortable (the beds were great) . The kitchen is very well equipped which we appreciated as we did a lot of cooking. The house was very clean! Liked the extra refrigerator in the garage for extra beverages, etc. Ledges is a beautiful community. Would definitely come back.

Golf trip

Four dear friends travel every year… this was a fantastic trip. Dan Dekker, Ledges manager, made our trip wonderful, booking tee times and offering restaurant suggestions. Our second trip to this house… it is perfect for golf trip, set up very nice and cozy.

Ledges homes are the best.

We have stayed at multiple homes at the Ledges Golf Club area and have never been disappointed. They are new, clean, spacious, well decorated and conveniently located. The kitchens are always well stocked and amenities provided. We have never had a problem checking in or with anything in any of the homes, and we enjoy the spacious layout to hand out and enjoy our stay. We always recommend The Ledges to everyone.

Beautiful, spacious house-but construction hours are early!

The house is lovely, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Its about 10 minutes north of St George in a nice development. It was perfect for our large family. Big closets, bathrooms, and super comfy couches. Kitchen and dining area are large, plenty of room to move around and cook up a storm. Cute little putting green in the back that got some play. The issues we had were not bad enough to warrant a call to the management, but I think people should share their experience for the next traveler. The ad states construction in the area- however, there is multiple lots under construction- one right next door, several across the street and a few just one house away. We did not expect to be woken up before 6am on a federal holiday, but there it was. The beep-beep-beep of the tractor backing up, the sound of the tractor, and such. Again the next day which was a Friday, so expected, but then again on Saturday, which was not expected. We checked out Sunday morning, and that was the only day of our 4 day stay that there was no construction. The tile floor could use a cleaning, our socks were filthy after walking around. Looks like they lightly damp mopped, but there were still spots in the kitchen and bathroom. The blinds in the bedrooms are light filtering, so as soon as the sun is up, the rooms were filled with light. Just a heads up for those with alert/sensitive circadian rhythms. We would stay here again, it was so comfortable and perfect for our big family, I just wish they had explained better that this house is one of 3 or 4 that are completed while the entire rest of the street/phase is under construction.

Utah Birthday Girls Trip

The property turned out to be more than expected for me and all of my friends who were with me to hike, and celebrate my birthday. It was well appointed, with every kitchen appliance, gadget and most of the basic incidentals we needed for all of our at home meals. Staying at this Ledges property (and another one for two more days!!) was a huge highlight of my trip. I’m already planning the next one with a stay that will no doubt be at a Ledges property!

Great utah get away

Sweeping views, comfortable home, nearby pool and pickle ball, game room, 50 min drive to Zion. This place has it all. We also enjoyed the challenging golf course, e-bicycles, and massage discounts. 8 adults in one beautiful home it was a trip we will return to again.

Amazing house!

We had a wonderful stay. The putting green is amazing. The hot tub/pool/workout area is amazing. It was confusing as to which clubhouse we had access to. Once we figured out where it is, it was very close and very nice. Also one of the 2 garage doors wouldn’t operate so we couldn’t get a car in the left garage bay. Aside from that, I highly recommended the property!

Only small draw back small room by the main door was very cold it wouldn't be heated by the main calefaction and the space heater in that room didn't work properly to warm it up overall everything else was good
