Plenty of room for 4 grown people to relax during a golf trip. Location is good, right next to pool and pickleball court. Plus the pop a shot game was a hit!! Definitely will stay again.

Our stay was great. I have stayed a multiple different ones one this street. We had a gas smell coming from the garage that was pretty strong, besides that it was great. I do have one recommendation and that is for fans or ceiling fans be installed. It did get stuffy during the night.

Stayed for a weekend golf trip. Perfect place for 4 adults (or more). The 4 beds & 4 baths were perfect for our group of 4 adults. Quiet location & great setup. With use again if available.

Great rental property for family vacations.

Wonderful property with lots of space for large gatherings. Plenty of amenities to keep the whole family entertained from mini basketball game, ping pong table, Xbox, board games and multiple smart TVs throughout house. Great community pool with lazy river/water slide and tennis/pickle ball court. Great location close to downtown St. George and easy drive to Zion/Bryce. Would definitely stay here again for future trips

Amazing property

This house has everything you could need to make wonderful memories with family and friends! It is very spacious and clean. Many amenities provided in the kitchen to enjoy an evening at home. The pool facilities were conveniently located near the house. They even had floats and coolers available!! We would stay here again! One of the nicest places we’ve stayed!

Stay was overall very nice. The neighborhood was nice with the amenities. There should be more wash clothes available as there were only two in each bathroom besides the makeup towel. The floors/carpet were dirty.

Loved the lazy river

The size of the home for our family was great! We loved the lazy river. Frustrated the washer wasn't working, with no other solutions offered, and at one point avoided my questions about it. Not a five star on cleanliness. Overall enjoyed our time.

Tournament stay-over

This was the perfect property for us coming down with a few kids for soccer tournaments in St. George. Quiet neighborhood, close to the freeway for access to the various venues in the area, and fun for the kids to have the pool and pickleball courts in their off-time. Property is well equipped and in great condition. Everything we were looking for!

70.3 World Championship Stay

My family and I stayed here during the 70.3 World Championships and it was a perfect home base. Spacious and comfortable rooms in a great quiet neighbourhood. A short drive to downtown St. George as well as everything else you might need. Really no complaints!

Awesome 4 bedroom, 4 bath to stay at with friends. Very roomy and nicely appointed.

This was a great place for teammates and wives to stay for the Huntsman World Senior Games. The beds are super comfortable, everyone had their own bathroom and the kitchen/living spaces were great! Two things - it's right across the street from the complex pickleball court, and due to the hot days, many people played at night - until 1AM often! One bedroom is on the front of the house, so that guest was bothered by the bright lights and the noise from this. The other bedrooms are on the back of the house, so no issue. Owner should at least add drapes to that room since the blinds don't block out that light. Also, we hated that the owner doesn't pay for recycling.
