Awesome place!!!

We loved our stay! Super clean and really nice place! My kids loved the room with the bunk beds and being able to ask sleep in the same room. The pool and Lagoon was so fun! Definitely would stay here again!

President’s Weekend

The condo was beautiful with plenty of space for our family! Instructions were easy to understand, and the condo had all the amenities we needed. It’s located convenient to I-15 exit. The pool was too busy, (it was a beautiful, sunny day) but the hot tub was not! We enjoyed several nearby adventures including the Black Mountain petroglyphs and the War Bird Museum.

Nice place overall

This is a really nice resort. The lagoon is amazing and the pools, hot tubs and pickle ball courts are new and well kept. There were 2 families total and the space accommodated us well. The management communicated via text often and the check-in process was easy. I gave the review 5 stars and would probably come back but there are some things you should know before your stay. The upstairs 3rd floor loft does not have a bathroom. The only common bathroom is on the 1st floor and doesn't have a shower. The guests in the loft room need to coordinate with the other guests to use the shower in their rooms. There also isn’t a door on the loft so any noise from the loft carries down the stairs to the bedrooms on the 2nd floor.There is a separate hot tub nearby that isn’t part of the lagoon that you have access to. It’s nice because it’s close and not as crowded as the lagoon area. One downside though is on Friday and Saturday evening there were many college kids there that were obviously not part of the resort. They jump the fence then let their friends in. It seems to be well known that this hot tub is nice and isn’t monitored so it easy to sneak in.Desert Color seems to be the new hot location in St George. It’s more touristy than other areas but overall, a great place to warm up when it’s still cold where you live.

What a fun place!! We were about a block away from the paddle board lake so that was great! They have monthly movie nights and so many other activities! We can't wait to stay here again soon!

Beautiful property

We loved this VRBO. The pool and lagoon were so fun for all of our kids. Location is a little far from the main part of st George but it was worth it.

Great Vacation Spot

Desert Color was a great choice for spring break. The property is a quick 3 min walk from main pool and lagoon area. This entire resort is still being built out, but the pool and lagoon are up and running and amazing. Usually spring break brings tons of crowds, but it was hardly crowded this year, most likey because most of the housing isn't yet complete. The unit we stayed at was clean, beautiful and had everything you would need. The Lagoon water was frigid (54 degrees in early April), but the pool is nicely heated. The sand was a blast for the kids. I couldn't find the depth of the lagoon on the internet anywhere, but it ranges from a foot or so by the shores and gradually gets deeper towards the middle, with maybe 8' at the deepest? Most kids who can swim probably don't need a life jacket, although it's hard to swim when the water is so cold. We will definitely come back to Desert Color in the future.

Cute, clean and comfy!

We loved our stay here. The house is super cute and comfy and a great location. All the beds were great and we loved how many bunks there were for our family. The community has an amazing pool and hot tub that our kids never wanted to leave. They also did fun activities there that gave us more to do. The Lagoon is cold (we went in March) but it was still fun for the kids to jump in.

Gorgeous brand new development with awesome pool and lagoon. Close to great trails. Didn’t love the 3am construction noise.
