Condo is small, but met our needs well. Updated/modern microwave, fridge, dishwasher. Due to an apparent scheduling error, the property was not ready at the 1600 check in time. That being said, the owner and property manager were very apologetic and got the condo repaired/prepared in about 1.5 hours. Property does not have a jetted tub as shown in listing; this has been replaced with a walk in shower. Overall, would stay here again.

Our 2nd stay here!

Very nice! We love the gym access and close proximity to beautiful hikes and Broadway shows at the Tuachan. My one suggestion is to have check out instructions posted somewhere in the condo. It would be nice to not have to look up the instructions when we're checking out.

It was OK

St. George is great. The big pool here was so fun for the kids, and the condo is so close to it. That was the highlight for sure. The condo was cold, which was wonderful to beat the heat. We had 2 adults and 2 kids and didn't run out of hot water in the shower, which was nice. Plus the shower is big.Cons: the condo isn't clean. Hygiene standards were sub-par (dirty walls, dirty toilet plunger next to toilet and shower, cubbard had spilt food in it). The bedding is old. Fold out bed from the couch isn't sleepable. Lucky we had an air mattress with us. One washcloth for the whole condo. No pool towels. The owners have a check in email that we got late, so i had to reach out to get that. However, reaching out to them was easy and got an immediate response.

The updates to this apartment are awesome. It was so comfortable and the best location to access all 3 pools. The main pool was broken and dirtier than I’ve ever seen it but the other two were great. The host was so accommodating. I will definitely stay here again. I’ve been staying at las palmas for 6 years now. Loved the comfort of this one. It was perfect for my daughter and I.

Quick getaway to visit grandkids

Darling place just perfect for my husband and me. Our kids who live in St George had so much fun coming over to visit and enjoy the pools !! Quick and easy check in and out, super clean and inviting !!

Such a fun place with so much to do on the resort and beautiful places to visit nearby

We love staying here. We enjoyed the three different pools, hot tubs, basketball and pickle ball courts, and the beautiful, well kept grounds. We had fun exploring and climbing around Dixie Rock, swimming and playing sand volleyball in the red sand at Sand Hollow, paddle boarding at Quail Lake, and exploring Zion’s Canyon. Such a fun trip!

Fun for family

Las Palmas was a lot of fun for my two teenage boys. They enjoyed the billiards and ping pong. We went swimming at night and the pool was heated. The hot tub was crowded but we got a spot eventually. We're did a lot of hiking at Zion and Pioneer Park. The unit had everything we needed.

We arrived after check in time and room was just being cleaned and had to wait. Host never responded to message. Never shared the wifi info or clean up instruction. Nice that if has a pull out couch -BUT.....really uncomfortable.There is a "mattress topper" just a foam mat, so would recommend for only 2 peopleLocation was nice and spot clean.

Okay

The overall property itself was as expected and we enjoyed the location and amenities. However when we checked in at 4:00pm the condo had not been cleaned from the last guest. We contacted the property host and she made arrangements for it to be cleaned. So we hauled all our stuff back down 3 flights of stairs to our car. We checked back in at 7:30 pm and the condo was nice and clean. The property host was nice and apologized and said she would send us a discount reimbursement for the inconvenience. However, she never sent it. When I messaged her about it i never got a response.

Southern UT visit

Nice Stay

We had this condo booked two months in advance and on our way there, I realized we hadn't recieved arrival information. We were communicating with the property owner through the VRBO app, which wasn't helpful at all. By 6pm on arrival day, we were able to contact the owner over the phone and we got the door code directly from her. That was our only stressful part of our stay. The condo was just as advertised and everything was smooth after that.
