Wow, Cottonwood Crossing Retreat is one of the nicest rentals we’ve ever stayed at (and we stay at a lot of them)! I don’t even know where to begin. Jason was a wonderful host…thoughtful, responsive and treats his guests very well (including homemade goodies ). The home was a perfect setting for our group. We had 17 people, but alot room for more. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out or gather together. Very well stocked with everything you could possibly need and very clean. The location is quiet, but close to everything. Thanks Jason for sharing this gem with us. We hope o see you again!

We had an amazing stay at this home with our large family. The house was incredibly spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out comfortably, and everything was very clean and well-maintained.One of the most thoughtful touches was arriving to fresh cookies and bread on the table—it made us feel welcome right away. The amenities were fantastic, especially the hot tub, theater room, and the games set up in the garage, which kept everyone entertained.The location was perfect for our trip—about an hour from Zion National Park. We spent a day there renting e-bikes, and some of our group even secured permits for Angels Landing, which was a highlight of the trip.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this property. We would absolutely stay here again!

The host was so welcoming and left treats and yummy bread and jam. It is a beautiful home with so many things for families to do. Theatre room, game room, hot tub, basketball court, fire pit, play areas and so many animals to enjoy. Beautiful place so grateful I got to stay here and make memories.

Where to start? This Home is absolutely beautiful. The surrounding area is picturesque. It is in the middle of the city, but you feel like you are out in the country surrounded by fields and even farm animals. The mules were friendly and it was a fun surprise to see the big group of turkeys also. The lawns are beautiful and a great place for the family to play. You could go on and on about all of the amenities the fire pit outdoor seating for a late night family discussions the play area and jungle gym for the kids,the basketball hoop, but that is just outside. Inside is warm and inviting. Every need thought of -all you have to do is bring your clothes. Everything else is provided.

Fourth consecutive annual stay

Aged parents with six adult children & spouses from Western States gather for 4 nights of pure peace and happiness together. Some hike, mountain bike, photo excursions, culture/religious events, shop, contact old friends, and mostly just visit together -- truly pure peace away from the noisy world.

Great family gathering place

We had kids come from Texas, California and Utah. This was a beautiful and spacious gathering place. We enjoyed boating at Sand Hollow which is very close. We loved that there was plenty of parking for cars and our boat. The kids loved the playground, and yard. We had HORSE-basketball, and ping pong tournaments. The kids loved playing air hockey and foosball. Everyone enjoyed watching movies in the theater room. There was a lot of indoor and out door seating for meals and family games. We BBQ’d and made s’mores.

The perfect house for a family with lots of Grandkids

The house was incredible! We loved it and may stay again! Jason was great to respond to questions quickly. It was just great for our whole family with rooms and with the tables in the kitchen to have us all sit together for dinner. The yard is beautiful and our grandchildren wished it had been less rainy so they could have played outside more.

Couples Retreat

We had a siblings couple retreat with 12 people. The house was perfect! Lots of space for a lot of people. The rooms were beautifully decorated, the beds were clean and comfortable, the kitchen was great and very well stocked, which was great because we cooked a lot. It would be a perfect place for a reunion, with a lot things for kids to do as well. We highly recommend it!

Spacious House with Exciting Features

I was incredibly impressed with this rental. It was bigger and more inviting than I even imagined. The kids loved the castle and beanbag and my whole wedding party had plenty of room. We enjoyed the views and the hottub especially! Owner was easy to contact and kind. Would highly recommend

Perfect location for a large family gathering

Such an amazing home and property!!! Everything was beautiful, clean and fully stocked for our four day stay for my son’s wedding. We could have fit the entire wedding party at this home and would love to come back for a family reunion. My 3 grandchildren played in the playroom for hours!!! I’ve never been in a rental that was so well equipped for the oldest generation (my dad was in a wheelchair), adults, young adults, teens, and young children. We had all of the above and the home worked flawlessly. Working with the owner was easy and he always responded quickly. They left us the most delicious homemade cookies, jam and bread upon arrival which added such warmth to our whole stay. The grill outside was fabulous, the theater room was a big hit, we loved the privacy and nature surrounding the home, and everyone slept so well in the beds. My disabled father said it was the best sleep he’d had in months! Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful oasis with us! We would definitely stay here again!

Owner was rude

During our stay at the home we got there and reviewed the guest manual for any rules. Since we planned on having a water day for the kids we brought a water slide. After reviewing the manual we found that it stated ALL WATER SLIDES and kiddie pools are ALLOWED as long as it is not on the grass. We complied and had our blow up water slide and kiddie pool on the designated area of concrete. Their parents who live next to the property spied on us and reported we were using the water slide to the owners. Next thing I know I get a text from the owner asking us not to use anymore water, even though I complied with ALL of their rules. Apparently he himself didn't even know what was in his guestbook because he didn't know he allowed it. Needless to say this made it a sour trip. The text messages he sent weren't professional.

Fantastic getaway

We had the most wonderful time here! The home was in a secluded, beautiful area. It was safe, plenty of parking, and clean. We had a couple of small issues, but Jason was able to take care of them right away. We so appreciate everything they did for us to help us out! All of our kids and grandkids had a fantastic time here! It was a really hot week so we weren’t able to enjoy the beautiful yard much but we were so happy to have a nice cool home to come to when it was hot outside. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home with us! We hope to come back soon!

Family Reunion

This house was beyond amazing. I would not have a single negative thing to say. While it was set in a neighborhood, you turned of the road and found yourself in a pretty private area, only one other house. It had space for everyone of our 17 family members. The kitchen had everything you could ever need, the living area was big enough for us all to enjoy each other, and the outside also had a wonderful sitting area. The young children loved the outdoor play area as well as the indoor space dedicated to children. We were also close to all the places we wanted to visit. We loved the welcome bread, jam and cookies!!! I highly, highly recommend this home! I cannot say enough great things about the home and our trip!!!
