Property was better than advertised. Everything was top notch. Our family had a great time in the pool and hot tub and watching the golfers go by. The clubhouse and restaurant were great also. Looking forward to our nest trip to the Ledges.

The house was beautiful. Being on the golf course provided a relaxing view, especially for evening dinners on the upper, outdoor patio deck. The rooms were very spacious and the pool and hot tub were the perfect place to relax after a long (or short!) day. I unfortunately broke my ankle hiking in Bryce Canyon and was still able to move around the house with ease - even staying on the lower level! The kitchen was incredibly well-appointed with all of the essentials we needed to make some delicious family meals. The one caveat was the detergent for the washers. You can't use pods and the detergent provided is scented. My wife is incredibly allergic to smells/scents, so this was a challenge for her. I would recommended an unscented detergent in the future. Other than that, we all loved the house. It provided us with some amazing memories and I would highly recommend it to others. Thank you for making our vacation one to remember!

We got there and were blown away with how nice the home was, cleaned perfectly, and the amenities / pool were fantastic. We loved the stay and will be back! This is the best home we’ve rented in St George!

This property is beautiful, spacious and exactly what we were looking for. We enjoyed the pool very much. Our boys enjoyed each having their own space to sleep. Perfect home for group

We had a group of us traveling for the Ironman race in St George and the house was perfect. We were initially confused over the layout as one of the bedrooms has its own entrance just outside the front door, but otherwise everything was as advertised. The staff was great and house in great condition! We would definitely stay here again.

The Carin house is beautiful and we cannot say enough about how much we all enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for golf and hiking. The views from the property were beautiful. We cannot wait to return!

Beautiful Home

The home is exactly as pictured, well almost. The putting green in the back is even better. It is now artificial turf with three holes. I vacationed with my family (husband, 3 year old and a five year old) with our friends that have three children ranging from 8-17. This home was perfect. We enjoyed the serenity of our own pool and hot tub and the fact that we were a two minute walk to the restaurant, park, pickle ball courts, etc. All of the furnishings made the home feel cozy and a serious home away from home. Finally, the property manager was extremely attentive and responsive even accommodating an earlier check in so my kiddos could take a nap! I really appreciated that Kimber was available for all of my questions. Would recommend this home

Wonderful family getaway

We brought our entire family of 10; (2 married adult sons, 2 daughter in laws, 2 grandbabies & our 2 teenagers and stayed for 5 glorious days. The 5 Bedrooms 5 Baths gave us plenty of privacy as well as plenty of shared space so all were comfortable. Wish we could have stayed much longer. Such a beautiful and comfortable home. We had an issue with homeowner having a dog and our daughter in law is allergic, but management was quick to work with us and do a deep clean the first afternoon which we really appreciated. Beautifully decorated home with plenty of space and well stocked kitchen. The highlight of our week was the backyard pool and hot tub as well as enjoying our meals on the deck as the sun sets. We love the quiet peaceful location and being away from the center of town. Check in/check out and home instructions were super easy and well organized. We will definitely come back again & highly recommend.

Great house and overall experience

This is one of the best vacation properties that I've found on VRBO. We were in St. George for a golf trip, and I would choose this home again for a future vacation. The property management is easy to work with and were very responsive to our questions prior to and during the stay. It was one of the best experiences I've had with vacation rental property management. The home is very nice and exceptionally clean. The home felt very welcoming and safe. I stayed in the larger downstairs bedroom, and the bed was very comfortable. I slept great all week. Overall, it met all of our needs. For golfers, this is a good location and home. The Ledges course is just a few houses away from the home and there's a nice restaurant and bar on property for after your round. The course is very playable and perfect for a warm-up round or even daily play. We also played Black Desert (15-minute drive), Sand Hollow (35-minute drive) and Copper Rock (40-minute drive) during our stay.

Well appointed

Overall a great property for a group of 7 people with plenty of room for everyone. Pool, hot tub and fire pit are a treat. The outdoor space that is covered has a grill and that area is where we ate every night. The place is clean, modern and smartly decorated. Would stay again if in St. George. The management was very responsive to our questions.
