Lazy River & Mini Golf

The house was nice. We enjoyed the pool and lazy river even though it was a little dirty. Not a lot of people in the pool area. We also had fun on the mini golf coarse. It’s the hardest mini golf coarse I’ve ever played but fun. The only thing that was kind of inconvenient was that you couldn’t lock the garage door that connected to the patio you had to lock it and then go out the large garage door on the street and walk back to the house. Overall we had a really fun time and would stay there again.

Loved this property. Everything was clean and in good order. Kitchen was well stocked and organized. Communication beforehand from the owner/manager was excellent and effective. Loved the private hot tub as well! Hope to come back again soon!

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of amenities and the kitchen was great for meal preps.

We stayed several nights. The open space was great and the house was very comfortable. It would be good if the listing stated that the room above the garage is also rented out. The other rented space is above the main bedroom and music and noise could be heard at night.

Comfortable accommodations, activities not as advertised

Beautiful home, very comfortable, had everything we needed. A few hiccups that we didn't let spoil our trip. Dishwasher wouldn't stay latched so we had to hand wash. Huge wind storm 1st night and when we arrived the cover on the hot tub was open so it had lots of red sand in it. Someone came in the morning and cleaned it out with a bucket, thank you! But then hot tub was low but we couldn't find a spicket or hose so we made trips with a bucket from the kitchen. Arrival instructions said we'd find 10 activity bands for the pool, yet there were only 9 when we arrived. We only needed 7 but hope we won't be charged for an extra. Went to the pool one afternoon and there was a birthday party of 60+ people, so noisy and crowded. The young workers said parties aren't allowed but they let it go on. Someone staying in one of the units invited a bunch of people over from the area that were not staying there. Instructions said pool was open 10 am to 10 pm so we decided to go back later. Went back at 5:50, got in the lazy river and they turned it off. Got out to ask if they could turn it on and was told by the teenage workers they were closing at 6 pm. They said they'd been working 6 hours and their shift was over. Something about the boss messing up the schedule and they not wanting to work extra hours and get in trouble. We were astonished. So we left 5 min after arriving, they closed early and we never did get to use the swimming area. Resort not very organized. We did enjoy the amazing mini golf course twice! Also enjoyed to the Xbox, yet all the accounts had parental controls with time limits, so could only play an hour each day. Lol. A lot of these things could easily be resolved so they arent an issue for guests like us. Would also be a good idea to let people renting this house know that there is a single unit above master bedroom so that they aren't startled when they hear other guests above them. We had no idea we had neighbors in the same unit.Otherwise, the home was lovely. Thank you.

Gorgeous home in a great location!

This was our second time at this home. It’s very clean and well appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed the pools and the mini-golf. We love that it is so close to the surrounding trail system!

Beautiful house and great times!

Everything about the house was perfect. Very clean, great layout and it had everything we needed. The kids loved the hot tub at the house, as well as the pools and massive hot tub at the recreation center. They also couldn’t get enough of the mini putt golf course next to the pools. All of this combined made for a fantastic weekend! We will be coming back.

Great development

We really enjoyed our stay. The house has everything you need. Resort has fun amenities, although we weren't able to fully enjoy pool b/c no lifeguard was on duty on a Saturday afternoon so they wouldn't turn on water features (slides, lazy River). My only suggestion would be to upgrade the sheets. They were very scratchy. We’ll be back for sure.

Nice Home, Poor maintenance procedures.....noisy location.

The home was roomy, well furnished and well laid out. However at 7 am in the morning my entire family was woken by an army of gas powered mowers and blowers mowing the grass and blowing it 3 feet from the house. There were 2 gas powered mowers and 3 gas powered blowers that were doing the work with no regard to the people inside. When I inquired why they would start so early from the mgt. location all I got was they had a contract that allows them to start at 7 am....no apology, no offer other than a free round of mini golf for the hassle. No where in the description of the property was I informed that mowers had the right to show up at 7 am in the morning and begin mowing 3 feet from our bedrooms. If I would have know this was allowed I would have stayed at a another property. Very poor customer relations by this mgt team. The location was noisy enough without the mowers as it is only 1/2 block off a very busy 4 lane road but the unannounced mowing put it over the top.

This property is beautiful and well appointed. Linens and appliances are high quality for a rental. Management was exceptionally responsive and helpful. Amenities-ie the pools were great and clean. Staff very friendly . Great place to meet prior to a family trip. Restaurants were a pleasant surprise.

Boating with friends and family

Stayed hered because this home is close to Sand Hollow resort and they made parking space for our boat. 7 of us stayed comfortably...the house was very quiet and comfortable. The private hot tub made for great family fun. Would deffinately stay here again
