Wonderful stay!

This property was wonderful. It had everything we could have possible needed for a month stay. Close to all the wonderful family activities in St. George and a close commute to the national parks!

Weekend Stay

Our time at Aloha was very nice! We appreciated how clean and organized everything was. We spent most of our time out and about with friends in the area, but it's located in a nice place close to the new Red Cliffs Temple.

Great southern Utah retreat

Took my family down for an event at the sand hollow state park. This condo is within minutes of food shopping and entertainment for the family and most importantly to me it is less than 10 minutes from sand hollow. I will be staying here again for sure.

Beautiful Home!

This condo was actually WAY nicer than anticipated. I could live here. Very very spacious and in beautiful, perfect, clean, condition. The door code worked well. I had an issue with the code when I arrived, but a call to the property management had the issue resolved in a couple minutes. No complaints and would definitely stay here again.

Great Family retreat!

This location was perfect for our family of 5. My girls had a blast in the bunkbeds. The pool was very nice, but I would say needs to be heated more for this time of year. We spent most the pool time in the hot tub. That is overall my only complaint though. Would definitely go back and the condo itself was awesome.

No Bedroom with Queen & Twin: Misleading Photos

Renters Beware: Photos of bedrooms are not accurate. I made a complaint about it to the owner upon check-in (3/5) and as of today (3/20), the ad has still not been corrected. The ad is falsely advertising photos of a room with a queen and a twin. By the time you check in and realize that room isn't there, it is too late to do anything about it. I don't want this to happen to any other families who've planned their stay based on the sleeping arrangements shown in this ad. Details below. 3/5: I contacted the property manager by phone call and voicemail and I sent the owner an email through VRBO. I wanted an explanation for why the property was not as shown in the ad, and any possible solutions. After no response, we offered the master bedroom to our guest who was planning to stay in the missing bedroom. The rest of us piled in the bunk room with the kids, sleeping in closer quarters than if we had just rented a hotel room. 3/6: Received an email reply from owner who did not acknowledge my concerns but told me to contact him with "immediate" concerns such as a broken toilet or water heater. I replied that those were working fine but the missing beds seems pretty immediate as well. He did not reply. A woman named Ellen called me and expressed concern about the photos. She said the property had recently been purchased by a new owner and she believed the previous photos were mistakenly still showing along with the new ones. She said she would speak with the owner about how to make this right and that she would call me back. She did not call me back. 3/8: Owner emailed me asking if I saw the written description in the ad that said it was a 2 bedroom (he is correct here, the words at the bottom of the ad DO say 2 bedroom. The photos clearly show 3). He also said he couldn't see any photos of the bdrm w/ queen & twin, and did I have any screenshots. I went to the ad right then (as he could have) and sent him screenshots. He did not reply. 3/10: I called Ellen's number and left a voicemail expressing my frustration that not only had they shown no concern about how their mistake affected our stay, but they STILL hadn't corrected the ad. Ellen called back and said the owner was in Hawaii and she couldn't do anything about it yet. She said he would return on 3/13 and to expect a call the next week. It is 3/20 (13 days past checkout) and no call or ad correction, but my window to leave a review is closing. The home is clean and pretty. Pool is great.

Excellent Condo Rental

This condo was perfect for our needs. It was spacious, clean, and had great amenities. Also the property manager provided excellent communications regarding the rental before and during our stay. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Fantastic Property!

Everything was new and clean. Spacious unit. The only blemish was the water pressure in the showers. Beautiful bathrooms, big beautiful showers and then weak water pressure. Everything was superb.

Brand new and amazing

We loved staying at this rental. It was brand new, and even better than the pictures posted. Our kids lived at the pool, which was HEATED. It was nice because the weather was cooler than we would have liked, but the pool was perfect. They had tons of towels for the pool, and for the bathrooms. The neighborhood is great, quiet and not too busy. The kitchen was fully stocked and labeled! We would definitely stay there again! The property manager (Logan) was constantly onsite at the model home for any needs you might have. Our only complaint was that the fridge was really loud when it turned on, but not the end of the world.

We liked everything about this property (they had some issues with the hot tub which was a bummer) but the cleanliness, layout and comfort levels were at the top. Logan was easy to reach and there for any questions or needs. I would rent Aloha again.

Perfect location, perfect accommodations

This is the most spectacular place we’ve ever stayed in. We travel a lot and have seen a variety of hotels and VRBO-type properties. This home is perfectly situated and close to everything. The decor in the house is absolutely beautiful and the house is impeccably clean. The beds are extremely comfortable and it is always wonderful to be able to do laundry. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. This is the only place we will stay from now on when we visit St. George. 10 out of 10!!
