Beautiful House

The property was exactly as described in the listing and the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were so comfortable as well as the dining chairs. We were able to utilize the bbq grill and had a great time. We will be back next year.

Perfect place

This house was the perfect set up for us! There is so much space, lots of games and toys and even a hidden little play closet and arcade games that weren’t shown on the listing. We had so much time here and the pools are so much fun. The only complaint I had was the cleanliness of the unit… it was clean on the surface but there were crumbs, old socks, old water bottles, Broken puzzles, q tips and other garbage underneath the beds and couches and even in the couch. Not ideal to come to a unit looking like that but we spoke with management and they were very inderstanding and helpful. This place really was great and close to snow canyon and most things we needed so it was perfect! We hope to be back again!

A favorite!

We have stayed in many properties in paradise village. This one was one of our favorites! It is very spacious—a must for our family of 9. This is great for two or three small families or 1 large family. We loved the proximity to the pool. The living spaces were very comfortable. Checking in and out was a breeze! Our family would love to stay here again.

Great spot but not clean

We were impressed upon arrival of the property. During our stay we realized the the home was surface clean, but lots of spots have been overlooked. The bathroom mats were not clean, the walls were filthy, some of the floors hadn’t been vacuumed or cleaned, the showers had lots of soap scum. We found food under the ottoman and couches on the first level, fingernails under other couches upstairs. We weren’t left enough kitchen garbage bags so had to make do with grocery sacks we had. The kitchen was stocked with lots of appliances in varying conditions. Some usable, some just barely. The kitchen drawers and cabinets hadn’t been wiped or vacuumed out in quite some time. The bedding was interspersed throughout the house randomly and not labeled. The grill hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time and we had to put out a grease fire just after lighting it. The proximity to the pool is awesome but at night, no one enforces the pool closure at 11:00 pm so kids were screaming and playing well after midnight and we could hear it quite well. We loved how large the house was and comfortably fit 2 families of 6. The tvs in the home worked great and we enjoyed that they were already signed into some streaming services. Overall we loved our vacation here but were disappointed with the cleanliness of the home.

The house was good. Air beds have leaks and went flat during the night. There weren’t and extra sheets or bedding for the pull outs or air beds.

Very convenient location

This place was a few steps away from their center pool which was very convenient to see how crowded it was and pop over whenever we desired. The place had a few minor issues and was a little dirty (especially in the less seen places like under the bed, behind couches, etc) but it's rare that I stay in a rental that lives up to my home cleanliness standards haha. Management was very responsive to communication. The AC struggles to reach most bedrooms and was very loud but it was high 90s outside so not terribly surprised. Overall it was a great price and a fun stay. We would definitely go again.

Quick get awar

Just took my wife and the families of my two daughters for a short get away. Kids had a ball at the pool and just watching movies on the couch. Did several hikes around the area and went for a bike ride. The home is perfect for a group our size and the landlord was very easy to work with. No complaints.

Awesome place, just not very clean

We loved the pools in the neighborhood, and this house was a great place for three couples and our small kids. My only complaint was the house was not very clean. There were crumbs and spills all over the kitchen, urine still on the toilet, and our feet would grow black the longer we walked on the carpet. It’s due for a serious deep clean. We notified the property manager and they offered to have it cleaned while we were there or refund our cleaning fee, which we appreciated.

Fantastic!

A great house! Clean, close to both pools, AND the property manager was great to work with. My boys said it was the best St George trip yet! Definitely will stay here again.

Fun in the sun here at Paradise Village. Our family enjoyed it so much.

Easy to go online and find a house to rent was easy. Office help was very efficient when we called them. Our adult married children and our grandchildren had do much fun swimming in both pool and slide areas. Close to mountain biking , biking, and hiking. Bedrooms were awesome each with a bathroom. Would go back again every year.
