The stay was quite disappointing. The first day, the water temperature was luke warm. We all took cold showers. Then we called and they suggested we change the temperature on the water heater. I told them that I wasn't comfortable as it was behind the washer and dryer. They sent someone out and identified a leak which required a plumber. The plumber had to shut off our water to change the water heater and we had no water for hours; those were the only hours we were home that day. We had to put the kids to bed without brushing their teeth. The plumber had to come back the following morning and we agreed because it was supposed to be a quick pipe change... it was not. The plumber had purchased the incorrect size so again we had no water while he went to the store. We had to get ready for our activities for the day without water. Again, it was the only time we were home that day. We mentioned to the hosts that it was quite disappointing and they said it wasn't their fault as it was unexpected. Now that is interesting as this leak had been going on for months and the plumber agreed! There was rust all over around this fitting. I would expect them to perform routine maintenance and identify this and take preventative measures. It was not "unexpected". Overall, the bathrooms have mold and things are rundown. The hosts did act promptly, but no water for 2 days and cold water for 1 day of a 4 day trip was unacceptable. Also, pool hours are inaccurate. I would not recommend.

Nice amenities

Starting with the positive: the location was great, amenities were fun (but outdated), and the floors were clean. The bed was super comfortable. Negatives: the entire place is dying for an update. The places smells bad! The couch is stiff and awful, the places has RV lights and in the corner of the room, not all the burners work on the stove. And the tub has mold, shower curtain smells like mildew.

My family of 4 stayed in this residence for 3 nights during our first time to Utah. The resort is amazing and check in was smooth. The furniture and interior of the condo was dated. Also had a strange smell to the place. Overall we enjoyed our stay regardless.

A fly in the ointment

We had a wonderful stay. The only issue we had was the poor communication from the property owner regarding the power outage. They ghosted us. We reached out to find how best to proceed and they didn’t respond. The power was out for over an hour in an evening. The next morning, we were sent instructions verifying how to check out but no acknowledgement of the power outage the night before. When asked about it, they were kind of flippant. The person responding acted like it was no big deal. That lack of concern regarding communication was the only issue. Thank you.

- Was told before checkin there was a gas grille outside. There was not one, The owner did purchase one for our use. Appreciated that! - Property was not clean inside when we checked in. Had it cleaned…I think we paid for the cleaning which was not appropriate. - The unit is in dire need of an upgrade.

Exactly as advertised

There were no surprises with this unit. It was dated but that was to be expected. It served our family of four well for the few days we were there but if we needed to stay longer we would choose a larger place. Communication was excellent and the location was gorgeous. Kids had a blast at all the pools and water slides. Great place for families to escape to for a long weekend.

Needs a little love

The condo community is nice with its indoor and outdoor pool and other community amenities. Spent half the trip indoors because of the weather. The condo itself is in desperate need for updates especially to the bathroom. Ants were our friendly guests in there. No Pool towels. Condo gets the job done at the bare minimum.
