Wonderful Time!

We stayed here with extended family and it was such a clean, comfortable and quiet space. Lots of amenities with a pool and fitness center and easy check in process. The property manager was lovely to work with regarding a later check out. We will DEFINITELY be back again!!

Great place for St George

We were travelling with to St George with my family and this place was perfect for us. There was a great view from the patio, full kitchen, comfortable beds and lots of space. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Place

Stayed a very pleasant week in this condo. Lovely view, because it is on the edge of the condo complex overlooking a valley and hills. Living real was very comfortable, kitchen was clean and functional, and the master bedroom bed was very comfortable.

We stayed in the same unit as las year - we come to St George for a softball tournament. All of the families love these condos. This unit is a bit older, but the view/quiet is amazing!

Great unit for family! A bit noisy

This was a great family friendly unit with a nice view! We enjoyed being by the end of the complex where it was a bit quieter but not too far to walk to any of the pools. The unit was very clean and nice and had everything we needed. However since the unit is on the ground floor, we dealt with some noise from upstairs. Anytime anyone flushes a toilet or takes a shower in the above the unit, the pipes are fairly loud. I don’t think the people staying there were being exceptionally noisy, but just the thin walls meant we were hearing them walk around and shutting doors after we were trying to sleep. Plus on our last night the upstairs neighbors didn’t realize their patio storage door had been left open and the wind was blowing it into the metal railing, causing obnoxiously loud banging noises past midnight which kept us up. They wouldn’t answer the door when my husband rang their doorbell and knocked multiple times to get them to take care of it. How they didn’t realize with that much noise…? Tough way to end our stay. That aside, I would just recommend that the unit have blackout curtains in the kids room as the lighting outside from the complex stayed on all night. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay and had a great time swimming. Also convenient to restaurants in town.

Loved it!

My family and I loved this place! I really liked being on the bottom floor and at the back of the property. The condo was very spacious and clean. I really liked the patio space from which the sunrises were beautiful! We all enjoyed the pools and the basketball court! I would definitely stay here again!

Exactly as described in the listing. Maybe a bit overpriced for how old these condos are but it was exactly what we wanted for our quick weekend trip. Beds were comfortable, plenty of space, easy check in and out.

Beautiful location!

The condo is very beautiful, very clean, lovely furnishings, extremely spacious and has everything you need for the perfect getaway. The patio's amazing views of the desert landscape was wonderful for watching the sunrises, sunsets, roadrunners & quails! Las Palmas has lovely pools, and is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and is a quick drive to downtown St George. The Zion National Park is a must see and only a 45 min, scenic drive away. I highly recommend staying at this unit.
