Condo showing wear. Shattered front door. Unsteady, fabric dining room chairs-dirty. Water stained wall under air conditioner. Squeaky beds. Carpet needs to be replaced. Not enough parking. And we had a great time.

This could be a 5-star rating because the property was very nice and clean, and it had almost everything we needed for our group of 22 to be comfortable. The ONE thing that the property owner missed is on their listing. It says the property has 5 bathrooms with 5 showers, but in actuality, it has 5 bathrooms with 4 showers. With a group of 22 girls/women, that one shower makes a huge difference. So, I say book this property with confidence that you'll have an excellent stay and easy communication with the property manager, but be sure you know the shower count is 4, not 5. Also, it technically sleeps 24, but comfortably it's more like 20, unless you have a bunch of small kids and only maybe 6-8 older teens or adults.

Family friendly. Access to Las Palmas Resort was nice. Roomy 5 bedroom condo with nice furniture. We had problems with washer/dryer and its door not securing and being able to complete cycles. Notified management several times and maintenance never came to solve issues. Carpets were disgusting, stained, and dirty. Pickleball courts nearby were nice and ping pong table was enjoyable.

Quite frankly, we were very excited during the days leading up to this trip. We arrived in within 10 minutes I called and we decided to not even stay here. There was poop in the toilet. The walls were filthy damage everywhere. It is a very misleading property and quite frankly Utah’s best vacation rentals are a terrible company with horrible customer service. I know that they have great reviews and I’m very well aware of that which is why we booked it, but the price point should have told me everything I needed to know fortunately, we found another property that cost more but it’s fine. We did not spend more than 20 minutes on property. We were not issued a refund. I am going through the proper channels to ensure we either get a refund or everyone knows how terrible this property is and how terrible Utah’s best vacation rentals are

Nice, but the carpet was disgusting

The carpet was very gross. I had to troubleshoot one of the ceiling fans in the main bedrooms to get it to work. The ac system isnt the best.

Good place for medium groups or families

The common spaces were a bit small for our group and the parking was a bit confusing but overall it was a solid place to stay. I'd recommend this more for family gatherings. All showers did not have doors separating the bathroom from the open room.

Great place but needs a little love...

Very spacious condo. Plenty of room for multiple families! Lots of amenities and activities. Overall we enjoyed our stay. A couple of areas for improvement are: The carpets are heavily stained/worn in high traffic areas. Which is kind of off-putting. The walls are scuffed up a bit. The microwave over the range/stove does not work at all. The property owners know this as they've provided another microwave on the countertop... they should just fix or replace the one above the range/stove. As there is very little counter space available. There were no hot pads/oven mitts in the kitchen. The pickleball paddles were damaged/broken. There was no pickleball to use. There was left over drywall in the garage that fell over on one of our kids were playing ping pong. A pool pass for this unit was left behind by the previous group which required us to track it down. Not a huge deal but kind of a pain. One of the beds was in a bed frame that was coming apart. Some of the white towels and wash rags had unsightly stains causing concern for cleanliness.

Great place! Just a few small conplaints

Wonderful place but the unit needs better and bigger cookware and serving stuff for as big as the occupancy is for. The occupancy of our place was for several more than what was aloud at the pool area at the las plamas resort which was disappointing. The bunk beds were so squeaky. Overall great place and lots of space and comfy beds.

Great place to stay in St. George!

My friends and I really enjoyed this townhome! It was clean and really nice. We were able to fit our entire group super comfortably. We loved how easy it was to check in with the keypad. We highly recommend this place for a St. George getaway!

Great Place to stay

Very spacious place. We had 7 people staying with us, everyone had their own rooms, plenty of room for people to hang out together. A few minor things need maintenance ( normal things) Pickleball courts at each end of the building!!! Played everyday. Wonderful place to stay. Would definitely stay again!!

Great place for a large group!

This was a great place for our very large group. There was enough space for us all to be together. The home is clean and well kept. The location is just where we like to be, close to the shopping centers and entertainment. The guess pass to the Las Palmas swimming resort was an added plus.

Disappointed

I am not trying to be mean but I have stayed at hundreds of VRBO places and this one was so dirty. the carpet on the 3rd floor was so stained and dirty, the carpet on the 2nd floor was stained also with bleach spots everywhere and the carpet by the TV on the first floor was so dirty, we could not find a vacuum to clean it up. Also the flooring on the first floor was so dirty our white socks were brown by the end of the day. We got water on the floor and when we wiped it up with a paper towel the paper towel was so black and gross. I don't think they have been moped or vacuumed in a long time. The 2nd floor pink room the fan in the bathroom never turned off, so annoying. the air conditioners in each room were so noisy probably because the filters were so disgustingly dirty!! the Kitchen was overkill with all of your labels everywhere, so much stuff, if the microwave is broken replace it instead of putting another one on the counter taking up space for our food because you overloaded the pantry with stuff. No place to put our groceries. You tell us to park one car in the garage but you had a ping pong table in there so only one car in the driveway. DO BETTER!!!! If you know roaches will come in then fill the huge gap under the front door! DO BETTER

Loved this condo

Had such a great time! Was able to put all of the kids on the 3rd floor and adults and the second. Great location close to everything. Floors could have been a little cleaner, but overall we loved it and would stay again!

Lots of room!

Overall we had a great stay with our family of 14 (kids and grandkids). It was a fun place with a lot of amenities and had just about everything we needed. There was plenty of room for us all, and I loved that most of the bedrooms had attached bathrooms. The kids loved being able to go to Las Palmas, although one time when we went they only let in 8 of us. I didn't get it, because we had all gone in the rest of the week. We did have an issue with the key pad. We just took the garage door opener with us the rest of the trip in order to get in. Management was very helpful with other issues. I would have appreciated a vacuum and mop to clean up the messes during the week. And the carpets could use a cleaning, but overall it was a great place for a large family with a lot of little ones!
