First of all your overall communication with us from start to finish was poor, multiple members of our family tried contacting you various different ways only to be ignored.
There was a power outage whilst at the house which you kindly offered to send us £150 compensation. However its been over two weeks since we left and again you're not replying to our emails calls or texts and we have not received this.
We left baby bottles in the microwave which as you can appreciate are not cheap, supposedly these have never been found by the cleaner as they didnt do a deep clean after we left. I'd suggest a deep and thorough clean after every guest leaves the premises. The quality of the house is poor for the amount being charged. Door handles hanging off in numerous locations, bedroom furniture handles that just fell upon use, the general cleanliness of the house was poor, spiders' webs hanging everywhere, dead flies on floors behind beside units, a broken spare kettle in the utility, blocked bathroom shower drains that we had to try and clear with boiling water & at least 2 sinks that did not run away either. Left over popcorn kernels under the sofa edges that we had to hoover so the baby in our party could crawl around. The scones you left were out of date before we even got there ! There was no guide to the house, no guide to the hot tub, no steps up into the hot tub, no guide to the wider resort or local villages within Cornwall.
