We had a wonderful time at St. Geneva. The location was perfect for us with walking trails nearby. It was convenient to downtown and the Q Center. The place was clean, neat and well equipped. Michael was very responsive to our questions and needs. The gluten free muffins were a thoughtful touch for our daughter.

We were very comfortable at Michael’s place and it was decorated very well. The house was very clean and the air conditioning in each room was a huge help for being there in August! Right by the river so it had a nice view while having breakfast in the morning. Michael was a great host that provided tons of information and even snacks. Thanks so much!

We were very impressed with how nice and comfortable “St. Geneva” is. It is in a great location-plenty of restaurants and parks within walking distance. It also felt very safe. The house was clean and Michael provided some snacks,water, and coffee for us! It was in the 90s outside, but we were extremely comfortable with the a/c units. Eating, shopping, and relaxing were the priorities for our trip, and this property and its location made it easy to accomplish! I would highly recommend this house for anyone wanting to visit the Fox Valley area.

We came from 3 states for a longtime friends gathering. The attention to detail and amenities at the house were outstanding. Location super for walking into St. Charles or Geneva. And we simply enjoyed visiting in the comfortable living area. The host couldn't have been more responsive. Definitely set the bar high for future VRBO stays.

Michael is the perfect host! Friendly and available if anything is needed! The attention to detail in every aspect is foremost! We chose St. Geneva for our Sister in law getaway! Michael greeted me and gave a tour of his cute VRBO! It is spotless and fully stocked with everything you will need! We visited just after Thanksgiving, so it was decorated for Christmas and was beautiful! The location is perfectly situated between Geneva and St Charles! Across the street is the Fox River and a trail that connects you to both cities! I highly recommend St Geneva!

I came to town with a friend to run a marathon in Geneva and our stay couldn't have been better. The house is adorable and Michael is extremely hospitable and detail-oriented. You can walk to shops and restaurants or just enjoy the tranquility of the property. If I come back to Geneva I will definitely stay here again!
