The property was easily accessed, contact with host was great, clear instructions and inviting. Had all amenties as stated, was clean, and well kept. We enjoyed our stay

It is located near the downtown of St.Catherines, so we could reach everywhere in 5mins. The host was super helpful, and their response was very quick as well. They even gave us recommendations of restaurants. We tried two of them, and they were excellent!! There were a nice huge kitchen and a washing machine, so we could use them when necessary. My child was going to start studying at school nearby, and the purpose of our trip was to help her settle down. We will definitely stay there again when we visit her in the future.

The unit was beautifully furnished, clean, and spacious! My husband and I enjoyed it very much. The kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked - and there's even a dishwasher and washer/dryer, along with pods and detergent. Our only concern were the doors, especially the front door, as well as the fire exit door. We struggled to properly close or lock these doors, and part of the reason could be a misalignment between the door and door frame. The front door has a keypad lock, which was quite finicky. This wouldn't have been a big deal if the immediate area was safer and less downtown...
