    "Kleine Auszeit" is a beautifully renovated 3-room vacation rental spanning 90 m2 across the upper floor of the property, offering a bright and spacious environment with modern yet cosy furnishings completed in 2019. The apartment comfortably accommodates a maximum of 4 guests and features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it an ideal retreat for couples or small families.

    Upon entering, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads into a generous living and dining area, complete with a dining table and direct access to a large south-west facing balcony, from which you can enjoy marvellous views of the mountains, the valley, the ski run, and the resort. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living space. On the upper floor, the first bedroom features 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The first bathroom is a shower and WC, conveniently located on the main level, while the upper floor hosts a second bathroom featuring a corner bath and WC, both benefiting from underfloor heating. A box-room provides additional practical storage space.
