There is a double sofa bed in the downstairs seperate study which can be made up on request.

Outside is a spacious enclosed garden with sunken patio terrace and ample parking.

The Caerhays Estate, nestled on the south Cornish Coast, has been owned by the Williams family since 1854 and is still very much their home.
