Inside, you'll find a welcoming living/dining room featuring comfortable sofas, a woodburning stove, and traditional cottage beams. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals with ease, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. Head outside to the enclosed rear and side garden, where you can enjoy dining on the patio, complete with furniture and a coal barbecue.



The cottage boasts two beautifully presented bedrooms: a king-size room with an en-suite toilet and a twin room overlooking the garden. A ground-floor bathroom, featuring a bath, shower, basin, and WC, completes the accommodation.



Greenbank offers off-road parking for a medium-sized car, Smart TV, and Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are included, along with a starter pack of logs for the woodburning stove. The cottage is pet-friendly, welcoming two well-behaved small or medium-sized dogs. Please note that the property is non-smoking and not suitable for children under twelve. Handrails are provided on the stairs for added safety, although the traditional cottage stairway may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility.



Greenbank is just a short walk from local amenities, including a shop, pub, café, and fish and chip shop, perfect for a night off from cooking. During the day, explore the nearby Goss Moor National Nature Reserve or take a scenic walk along the coastal trails. Nearby Newquay, with its zoo, gardens, aquarium, and beautiful beaches, is ideal for a fun-filled family day out.
