Great location, great condo. Easy access to the unit. Great access to the ocean front. Beaches were immaculate. Second floor unit, so some minor steps to conquer. Great view of the pool and the ocean. Well furnished and stocked adequately. Almost ran out of toilet paper for just the two of us. You need to watch out for the three headed monster in the living room. You forget it’s there? You hit your head. Parking was easy. The Publix down the street was closed for renovations. Had to travel some distance to the next. Easy to get into St. Augustine for dinner

Beach holiday

An A1A address with a private walkway to the beach. The yellowish masonry buildings were setup in a V shape where both sides had a view of the pool and then the ocean. No architectual significance in the building or the grounds. The two story two bed condo was plain and poorly appointed for furniture. Master bed was hammock like in sleeping conditions.

Beach Getaway - Needs some Updates

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a great location and easy access to the beach. The condo has a lot of potential, but you can tell that it is being managed by a group and not taken care of personally by an owner. Many light bulbs out and remotes missing batteries. We noted that utensils, cups, etc looked dirty. I ran them through the dishwasher, only to discover that the dishwasher is not opening up to release the soap, meaning that everyone who has stayed at the condo and used the dishwasher is using dishes that haven't been actually cleaned. The bathrooms appeared to have not been thoroughly cleaned in some time, baseboards very dirty and stains on the walls. The living room couch separates as you sit on it. Lastly, the mattress in the master upstairs is one of the worst I've ever slept on. It has a huge divot down the middle of the mattress. While at the condo, we came home at 9:30pm to discover the air conditioner wasn't working. The thermometer downstairs read 78, but upstairs where the bedrooms are was much hotter. I called the after hours number, not expecting much at that time, but was told that it wasn't "that hot" and to call back at 9am when the office opened. We did just that, but even up until 9:30am, no one was answering. We waited outside their office, as the doors were locked. Finally around 9:45, a group of workers came in wearing race attire, apparently with more important things to do than their job. Was fixed, but not a good look.

Great condo

We enjoyed our stay. Our only complaints were the downstairs bathroom really had no privacy and the showers had very little water pressure. The location of the condo was great and access to the pool and beach was fabulous. Would definitely stay there again.

Overall great experience, contemplating buying one

Overall we loved the space. Having the downstairs full bath was an odd concept at first but we were just glad to have 2 full baths. The beds were not that comfortable for us, but we are pretty picky when it comes to mattresses. The second bedroom was a little weird as the door does access the 3rd floor balcony that connects to the other rooms in the building. The deadbolt wouldnt latch because its not lined up, but the knob lock works. The weather stripping also didnt do much to seal out the got air, and as it was the south facing room at the end of summer it was very warm. We ended up buying a small fan to help circulate the air that we took home. There is limited clothing storage in that room as well, so its best to pack capsule style, or have more hanging items that can go in a closet. The master closet is massive with plenty of storage to use. The bathroom sinks are not child friendly unless you have a step for them to get up over the edge of the bowl. The stools at the kitchen table are very heavy so they dont scoot well. Generally speaking, these are all minor inconveniences. We had 2 issues the whole time we were there and they were fixed within 24 hours and management was very swift to respond. With the passcode entry they are able to get maintenance in while you're out exploring with a 1 day use code if you're comfortable with it. The kitchen was FULLY STOCKED. There was even a small blender. Really the whole place is fully stocked.
