Desde el primer día excelente servicio,tienen un app que simplifica todo el proceso de check-in y check-out,,,,,el desayuno es simplemente espectacular, Shawn con su amabilidad y carisma fue la imagen del hotel se lleva un Wowww,,, el servicio del shuttle hacia el centro de la ciudad los hace únicos,,,habitaciones limpias y servicio de cambio de toallas y limpieza excelente,,como es un hotel donde está prohibido fumar no tienes la obligación de oler lo que no deseas y siempre es un plus que sea pet friendly,,,,sin dudas volveremos y los recomendamos

El servicio se transportación para las áreas turísticas es muy eficiente. El desayuno variado y muy bueno. Habitación muy limpia y con los protocolos de COVI . Buena localización con farmacias y puestos de gasolina cerca. Fácil para tomar las autopistas.

En general, nos fue muy bien. El segundo día no limpiaron las habitaciones por culpa nuestra, pues debimos leer las instrucciones de "solicitud de limpieza" en la hoja de instrucciones que nos entregaron y/o en la pared de las habitaciones, pero no lo hicimos. Fue culpa nuestra.

Habitaciones grandes limpias sin embargo, las camas sonaban ante cualquier movimiento y no eran muy cómodas, para 1 o 2 noches estaban bien. El desayuno es completo hay un poco de variedad. Me gustó el servicio de transporte que ofrecen del hotel al centro de visitantes.

El registro fue fatal, no encontraban la reserva según lo que entendimos, nunca hicieron esfuerzo de hablar español aunque lo ofrece, os tuvieron casi 60 min esperando sin ninguna disculpa del caso no la compensación de ese tiempo perdido . Aparte nos asignaron una habitación frente a la escalera. Horrible

Cuando hice la reserva me salio un monto, pero cuando fui al checkin pase mi tarjeta y me cobraron otro monto y pregunte porque y me dijeron que eran unos cargos por el uso de las instalaciones, como los jardines, la piscina, el wifii, el desayuno, etc. Eran mas de 16 dolares por dia extra por cada habitacion que reserve, pense que eso ya estaba incluido en el precio cn el cual habia reservado.

Great spot to stay in that’s affordable. There is a shuttle that drops you off near the downtown area which makes it very convenient and you don’t have to worry about parking. Pet area looks well maintained and the exterior of the buildings were very cute. Would stay here again and would recommend to others.

Inn is very easy to get to. It's right at Rt 16 when you get to St. Augustine. Several very good restaurants are nearby, Brisky and Schooner. It's clean, staff very friendly, pool is beautiful and they have $5 Margaritas!!
