Our host was great, very responsive, wanted to make sure we had a great stay. The house is so cute and well maintained. We had a party of six and were very comfortable. The two masters are a real plus. The location is great, a 3 minute walk to the beach.

A beautiful house at a great location

Our vacation practically began the moment we secured our reservation. The communication with the owner was effortless and friendly, setting a positive tone for our getaway. Upon arrival, we were delighted to check in a bit earlier than expected, and when we stepped inside the beautiful home, we were greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, from cozy furnishings to charming decor, making it feel like a true home away from home. We were pleasantly surprised to find flip-flops ready for our beach adventures and an umbrella for those unpredictable weather days. Our stay lasted a blissful three nights, filled with relaxation and joy, and we are already looking forward to returning to this wonderful escape in the future.

This is the 8th VRBO we have rented and it is probably the nicest one in terms of interior design, layout of the spaces, and the utensils and supplies/beach equipment provided. The host was very accommodating in allowing us to arrive a little earlier and staying a little later than advertised. The short distance to the beach means that it is a quick walk back to the house if you forget something. We highly recommend the house.

Awesome location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our family of 8 adults and one infant. The walk to the beach was very short and easy. The house was well equipped and Judy was responsive and timely to our messages.

Family get-together 2025

We stayed last year and enjoyed it so much that we wanted to return this summer. It was a wonderful place to accomodate Grammas, Moms and Dads and 4 children ages 1 to pre-teen. We hope to return next summer.

Perfect home for a fun beach getaway

This home has everything you need to have a fun, relaxing and enjoyable beach weekend. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, perfect for our group of six adults and three young children. The beach is just across the road and was lightly populated during our stay. There is much to do in nearby St. Augustine. We were very pleased with are stay here and highy recommend it.

Family Time

Great location, minutes walk to the beach, lots of space and nice layout. Toiletries provided was a nice touch! No ice maker in the frig, but plenty of ice trays and shopping close by if bagged ice was needed. Great communication with Host, highly recommended!!

Our stay at this VRBO was absolutely fantastic! The house and property was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway for our family of 5: 2 adults and 3 teens. Plenty of space for everyone! We especially loved the cozy front patio, which was ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The location was perfect...steps from the beach and an easy 10-min drive to downtown St Augustine! Communication with the host Judy was smooth and pleasant; she was super responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Thank you very much!

Amazing beach getaway

We loved this property! The house is perfect and right across the street from the beach access that leads to the beautiful Vilano beach. It truly is a hidden gem that I don’t want to tell anyone about so I can have it all for myself! We hope to visit again soon.

Loved it

This home was very clean, comfortable, welcoming and accommodating for our family of 8. Everything we needed to enjoy the home and beach was available. Our host Judy was available and responded quickly to our questions. We fell in love with the house and the location was perfect. Beautiful quiet beach across the road, St. Augustine a few miles away, lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby, everything we look for right there. I wouldn’t hesitate to return, loved everything about it.

Lovely home close to beach

My immediate family stayed at this home for two nights while meeting extended family in area for my mother (and fathers’s) celebration of life. The home had everything we needed including a high chair, kitchen items, and beach towels (though we didn’t need them since we packed our own). The long driveway was very helpful as we came in different cars and you cannot park on the street. We are considering returning next year to make this an annual event and I would definitely consider staying again. Lovely home and very easy to access beach access. With an infant grandson that was very helpful. Thank you for your graciousness.

Gramma O'Brien's Family Beach Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. With 10 of us there were plenty of bedrooms for everyone to have personal space. The kitchen was spacious so we could prepare and serve meals easily. The beach was so close with so few people that the children had so much open area to run and not bother others.Thank you for letting us use your wonderful beach house.

Summer Beach House

This is the second Fourth of July that we have stayed in this house. Everything was fantastic! The house is fully stocked for everything that you would need. The fact that it is steps from the beach makes it even better! We love this house and will definitely be back!
