Good size for 2 couples

Property was easy to get to in a very good neighbourhood. No issues really and lots of room. Condo could be updated re. bedding (i.e. threadbare sheets) , decor and maybe some clutter. We would however return and no rental is perfect. The place was clean ,reasonable in cost and everything worked (other than 1 bathroom exhaust fan that they have ordered a new motor for). The beach and long and wide (can also be accessed by car about a mile away for a small fee) and simply beautiful. The condo was quiet and air conditioning worked flawlessly. Thank you for renting us this condo!

Comes close.

The unit is so close to being a real quality place. The location is good, parking very convenient, floor plan is very good. Bathrooms are adequate.(corrosion around drains and faucet in one of master sinks didn’t work for hot water) Kitchen is ok. A few missing points are king size mattress is pathetic, linens in general are old, scratchy and poor quality. We rented the condo for college bowl game week and the tv in the living room was not even a high def, so it was very hard to watch. We ended up mirroring it thru our laptop. These items need to be addressed.

It was as beautiful as pictured. The complex was near a variety of places to dine. We were able to easily access travel routes to historic venues and sites. The marina was nearby which gave us access to boat tours and fresh seafood. We truly enjoyed ourselves. The Scott's

Very cozy condo rental

My husband and I both kept saying how cozy the condo was. The furniture was comfortable. The entire place was very clean and spacious. We will definitely rent this place again next time we are in st Augustine.

Weekend at Grandmas

Outdated decor, lots of plastic plants, cheep furniture and placemats on the nightstands. Old towels that are old and pink. Mattress and sofa very uncomfortable!! Took over ten minutes and three gates to get to beach. Maintenance truck in the only handicapped parking spot, didn’t have a placard. Pictures are not accurate

Overall good

They were very accommodating and a beautiful property. We were further from the beach than I could really walk that was a little disappointing. Actually could not even hear the ocean from my property. Was a little uncomfortable with the fact they wanted to sheets and pillows and everything D bedded and washing a load of clothes before we left. I always bring my own towels and washcloths so I did not use neither towels but some of the other family did I we made sure they were put into the washer.

Amazing place

This condo was perfect. It had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Clean and neat and perfectly decorated. I would love to stay again in the future. Great location and all the amenities you need.

Labor Day Trip

My sister and I took a short 5 day trip to St. Augustine. This condo was so nice and close to everything. It was just a short walk to the beach, all on condo complex grounds. Downtown St. Augustine was just a 15 min. drive. We had everything we needed in the condo and it was nicely decorated with a very beachie feel. We would definitely recommend this condo and plan to stay there again.

Pool & Beach

This Condo was nice and convenient to the pool and beach. I’ve rated this place average. Accurate pictures are a must when advertising a vacation rental. This condo needs accurate pictures to reflect the place shown on the website and I recommend updating several items. There was both good and needs improvement. The kitchen was amply supplied. The dining chairs have red coverings over the beige. Rugs have been changed out. The couch and recliner are completely different than the pictures. We found the couch cushions sinking low due to old foam destiny. The recliner was black and the handle to lift the foot cushion was not working properly to keep it lifted. The outside patio furniture table and chairs are different than the pictures. The set matches the white pvc look of the loungers. The patio is a nice place for coffee in the morning or having a lunchtime snack. Recommend the patio furniture, floors and all the doors be power washed. Mold and sand were obvious. The patio door is not secure. One side has a bar to secure it’s closer, but the other side doesn’t. This allows the door to be opened unless you block the track on the inside. The master bedroom king mattress needs to be replaced. It sinks in several areas. The master bath was nice and the water pressure in the shower was great. I suggest changing the décor colors of towels and rugs to more of a gender-neutral color. The second bedroom is dark. You always need to have the lights on to see. The window faces the under-garage parking lot. The place could use a general updating of furniture, mattress, and pictures. It is outdated. The Pool: You usually have the pool to yourself. Great place for relaxing. The Beach: Plan a 5-7 minute walk from condo to beach through the parking lot, boardwalk, passing through 3 gates to get to the beach. The condo provides a beach buggy to help load your items for the beach making it easy to take it all.

Love this place

we loved this place clean, great location, pool and grill a few short steps away from front door. Beach 5 minute walk from condo. It was perfect we will definitely return next year.

Great condo rental!

This place is great. You get everything you need for the beach: rolling cart, bogey boards, beach chairs in the closet. Tons of towels. The pool never got super crowded we had it all to ourselves pretty much our entire stay. The walkway to the beach is just on the other side of the property. I was pleased with the cleanliness especially during covid 19. The management office is super nice and accommodating. Also, for these condos you have a little parking garage which is awesome so your car isn’t as hot when you get in. The kitchen has every appliance you could ever need and it is very spacious. Thankful for a nice place to get away for a couple days with our babies 💕 If you are on the fence about renting this place, do it! You will not be disappointed

This is a great property and so close to the beach.

I was looking for a nice kitchen with all the dishes that I need for cooking and I found much more than expected. Beautiful, charming condo, close to the beach, quiet and spacious for a family and senior couples.

Nice condo - lousy on-site property managers

Overall we enjoyed our stay in this condo but will not return. While the condo itself was almost exactly as described -with one or two exceptions. 1) Owners failed to mention that this condo is right up again A1A - a very busy road. Often noisy. 2) A pool and jacuzzi were promised and did exist but the cleanliness of both were so questionable that neither one of us would even dip our feet in the tan, cloudy water. This is not the fault of the owner's but rather the responsibility of the on-site property managers. I hope the owners see this and start raising questions. We spoke to others in the same building who had been there a week, complained daily about the pool's cleanliness to the management, and also noted that nothing was done. They also did not use the pool facility. My biggest complaint is again with the on-site property managers. We arrived after the office was closed - exactly as we had pre-arranged via email with them. I was nervous about this process to start with but our flight from the West coast wouldn't allow us to arrive any earlier. Because of that, I had specially emailed them to confirmed that there would be no problems getting into our condo that evening. I was reassured that it would be no problem. When we arrived we located the drop box where the packet with our check-in info was to be left for us. You guessed it...no packet. Called the phone number on my info, left a VM and waited. I was then called by the office manager and given instructions about how to get into the condo. The thing is - the next day, no contact from the office. No nothing. We finally went to the office to enquire about what had happened and to get our "check-in" info. We were met by a lady who told me that she was the one who had made the mistake and forgot to put our packet in the drop box. Oops - my bad, so sorry.. Somehow I was expecting more. The next day we also spoke with the office folks regarding the pool conditions and that it was unusable....we were told that the pool guy was going to be cleaning it. He never did for the duration our stay. We never used it. So - here's what I learned. 1) Always use Google Earth before booking to see the property. 2) Never again book a VRBO that is handled through a property manager. Only book with the true owner. I have booked many this way and never been disappointed.

Home away from home

We throughly enjoyed our long weekend here. Great location, just 20 min into Historic St Augustine, a 30 second walk to the pool and a quick 5 min walk to a pristine section of quiet beach. We are talking powder fine sand like you wouldn't believe! Everything we needed was provided for us, including some nice touches I didn't expect like a highchair and booster seat (we have a 3year old so the booster came in quite handy!) along with beach chairs and boogie boards (we didn't use as we had brought our own but for those who don't have their own great touch!) Parking was bottom floor of a parking garage which in Florida is a blessing, no crazy hot car, and we didn't have to worry about getting wet if it rained. Would definitely recommend to any family traveling to the beach!
