"We wanted to be near family at La Fiesta but with a kitchen and this was perfect - even has a dishwasher. Clean and comfortable, with laundry on site. Easy walk or drive to beach. You can see the ocean from the balcony and I wish there was more glass to enjoy that view. Property managers were very responsive to a leaky faucet. We were able to comfortably host 10 for dinner and had a fabulous restful weekend."

"Fantastic location - parked the car and walked everywhere. If you like to sleep late, not the place for you, but I’m an early riser so morning truck delivery noise didn’t bother me. Cannot beat the location to walk historic downtown St. Augustine. Lots of places to dine and shop nearby, and free parking. Wonderful mini vacay with Mom."

"We come to St. Augustine often and like to try different spots. This was one of the best locations! Right in the heart of Old Town! It was easy to walk everywhere. We loved sitting on tje balcony, sipping drinks, and listening to all the hreat live music across from us. Fully stocked, great bed, great towels and linens, and we didnt need to bring anything. Loved the history of the house. Highly recommend!"
