"Todd was a great host. Very easy going and quick to respond. There were some little things here or there with the property but with being at the beach and the constant guests it was easily overlooked. Nothing worth fussing over."

"Everything about our stay in Saint Augustine was wonderful. Oceans 13, Condo D was exactly what we were hoping for and we hope to return. The Condo was nicely decorated with a beach theme and the high ceilings made the place look bigger and brighter. The location to restaurants and beach were much closer than we expected with so many places to visit. Having the location “pet friendly” made our vacation lots of fun for us to share all it had to offer with our Frenchie, Milo."

"It was a comfortable, simple but sufficient, place to spend the week celebrating our 60th anniversary!The view is wonderful from the private balcony. The AC units were a bit loud and they need a larger frying pan, but the service was great and we loved it. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the house! The home was very clean and had an extremely well appointed kitchen. The house's location is excellent, only a short walk to downtown and a few blocks from a few fun eateries. A highlight was visiting the Regga Surf Cafe for brunch by the water. "

"Cute garage apartment less than a 15 minute walk to historic area down pretty residential streets. Small efficiency kitchen with full size microwave, fridge and stove. No dishwasher but, we didn’t really use kitchen so, it was fine. This apartment is above a dettached garage to the left of house. You enter thru a gate between garage and house a the stairs are right there. Someone mentioned a dark hallway in a review but, everything was easy access and well lit so I’m not sure what they were...
