A private balcony with seating for six overlooks the quiet street, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy gated, off‑street parking behind the house with dedicated spaces for up to three standard‑size vehicles. Entry is keyless, with a unique code used for the building and your upper‑level suite. The Upper Suite is accessed via an exterior staircase and is located on the second floor above the Lower Suite. Please note: this unit requires climbing a full flight of stairs and is not handicap accessible.

Uber and Lyft are readily available for reaching the beaches, lighthouse, and other area attractions. The city marina, just a short walk away, is a hub for boat tours and water activities.



Other Things to Note:

The primary renter must be at least 26 and present for the stay. Families are welcome. No pets are allowed in the Upper Suite. The unit is accessed only by stairs and is not handicap accessible. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, a first aid kit, and secure keyless entry.
