The hotel is quite old and dilapidated. Cleaning is not the best. We found ice cream in the fridge. There was no water in bottles inside the room to drink as a courtesy. In the bathtub the water stagnated. The terrible breakfast. This was a $200-a-night hotel and it's not really worth it. I find it incredible that in such a touristy and beautiful city, the hotel offers are small and very expensive for what they offer. Of the whole beautiful city, good restaurants and many activities, the hotel was the only thing that disenchanted.

Muy bueno lo pase aunqie el servicio a las habitaciones no se da diario aunque sea para poner los aseos personales higienicos . Como jabon champu y cambiar las toallas . Por lo demas muy bueno y tranquo y desayuno espectacular y cafe y te 24 horas

Buena opcion de hospedaje
Nos quedamos por una noche y todo estuvo muy bien. Personal amable, habitacion limpia y grande. Desayuno estuvo bien. El hotel esta a aproximadamente una milla del centro y del Castillo de San Marcos.

I loved the stay
Everything was wonderful the room had plenty of space, air conditioner was awesome comfy pillow mattress etc and bathroom super great. The staff was super friendly I’ll definitely come back and recommend it to my friends and family.

No recomiendo este hotel. Tinas y lavamanos tupidos, toilet sucio. Las sabanas estaban rotas y hasta pelos de otras personas tenian. Realmente considero que exiten otros hoteles por el mismo precio que estan mucho mas limpios que este. El staff y la chica de la recepción super amables y respetuosos pero la limpieza en las habitaciones, horrible.

If I could leave no stars I would. This hotel was so rusty and dusty. The carpet looks like it’s been there forever. The curtains to the windows look like they were just taken out of the dryer and hung up. They were so wrinkled. The sheets were dirty. The king size room had a 32 inch TV, which is like a computer screen in this day and age. To top it off when I was going to make a complaint, the front desk employee was sleep in the back. Absolutely horrible would not recommend.

The air conditioner seemed to struggle to remove moisture from the room so it felt really muggy (possibly the drain is clogged), which explained the existence of mold in the room (on the carpet, on furniture, and black mold/mildew around the window). The linen was pretty worn out and much of it had holes in them. The chair in the room was pretty disgusting and felt near sticky. The carpet felt damp. The mattress on the sleeper sofa was worn slap out and the mattresses on the 2 queen beds were also worn out and uncomfortable. The door to the room often got stuck while trying to open it. We found that some furniture wasn't even assembled completely (like the desk). The sole elevator on the property is in desperate need of service, as it was loud (even for what sounds like a hydraulic system) and vibrated a lot. Folks that we shared the elevator with seemed to be pretty put off by how it operated while riding it. For the price, we were generally underwhelmed by our stay and that's on management and the property owner as they're the folks that dictate how much time and money is put into the state of repair of each room. All staff we interacted with were fantastic and super friendly and seemed to want to be helpful and the breakfast items were pretty decent.

The location of the hotel was quite far from the historic downtown, contrary to the advertisement. Also, the bath floor seemed dirty, old , and used. The lid of the toilet paint was faded.

The property is getting very old and a little dirty for the money paid per night... Our friends in a room last night had neighbors that were so loud and banging and very loud talking that they had to go downstairs at 3:00 AM to find someone at the front counter to go upstairs to the noisy neighbors and pound on the door to tell them to quiet down... Our friends finally got to sleep at 4:15, but had to be up by 8AM to leave for their home...
