This is a classic beach house with super convienent access directly to the beach via a private path over the dunes. The main level has a spacious kitchen and living area, and a nice deck; however, only one of the three bedrooms on the main level has a king bed. The other two have two twin beds each (the description on VRBO says that one of these should have had a queen bed instead of twins, but that was not the case). While this may be great for a family with lots of kids, it was less ideal for multiple adult couples. The ground level of the house is a stand alone efficiency with a small kitchen and a fair size living area. It has one bedroom with a queen bed. There are also two twin beds on the ground level but I wouldn't say they qualify as a bedroom. The twin beds are right inside the front door in a room that's completely open to the living area. The ground level was also a bit musty when we were there, granted hurricane Irma had just passed through the week before so we were probably lucky the house was still there at all (lol). Long story short, this is a fantastic place right on the beach and also within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. It is a comfortabe house with a lot of space, but technically, I would call it a four bedroom, and replacing the twin beds with a queen in one if the main level bedrooms would be a big improvement. Regardless, we all really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back! And besides, you're at the beach, why worry about where you're going to sleep, right?
