This is a wonderful house in a fantastic location. If you're looking for something quiet and comfortable then look no further. You will be within walking distance of great food and shopping for everyone in your party.Dennis is a top tier host and will assist you if you have any needs.

We were overjoyed at the cleanliness (and easy to KEEP clean), the proximity to everything (the trollys passed in front of the house!), and walking distance to excellent restaurants and services. Amazing views and peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Front porch sunrises and backporch sunsets!Only recommended change: handheld shower added to bathrooms would be much appreciated! Thank you for the Welcome bottle of white wine, too! The owners response to an electronic failing was immediate with immediate resolution. Hope this review doesn't make this place too unavailable due to high demand!

Amazing!!

Much needed get away and this was the perfect place. The home was cozy, bed was super comfy, clean and the bottle of wine left by our host was a very nice touch. EVERYTING about the home was perfect and the neighborhood was quiet. Everything was close by the St Augustine Fish Camp food was excellent, The Bog,Dog Rose breweries and the San Sebastian winery tour and tasting were fun, the weather was perfect and we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets.It was our first trip to St Augustine and most definitely not our last such a beautiful place so much to do and as long as this home is available it will be our home away from home.

Modern. Clean. Convenient.

The check-in process was easy. The house was very clean. The host made sure that we had everything we needed. The location was convenient for our morning walks through the historic district. An easy walk to restaurants and museums. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a little small but it wasn't a problem. Overall it was a very clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay in St. Augustine.

New favorite place

Communication prior to check in was fantastic. When we arrived the parking was easy with a lot of room. We entered the house easily and it was amazingly clean. Danny left us a bottle of the local wine (which we are familiar with) and love. The house is within walking distance of all of our favorite restaurants and it’s also within walking distance of the historic part of town and the river. We will definitely stay here anytime we get a chance to visit St. Augustine.

Beautiful Property/Great location

We had a great stay at this clean, modern, quiet, property. It was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. Nice sunset views!! The communication from the management was excellent. We had bikes and enjoyed biking all over. There are several wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Definitely recommend!

Cute Home Quiet Neighborhood

Love these homes! Quiet neighborhood within walking distance of everything you need (or you can rent a golf cart). All of the golf cart tours (history and ghost) we took picked us up at the house. So much better than staying at a hotel for an extended period of time. Enjoyed the Florida weather and history. Would definitely stay here again.

wonderful 2 month stay

Love St. Augustine and like to go south in the winter. House is very clean and in good location. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets and watching the birds from the back deck. Looks pretty at night also with the lights across from the marsh. Would definitely recommend this house and would book again.

Property very good location walking distance to restaurants and light displays. Property was very clean, bathrooms very nice. Linens and bedding very nice and comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with cups, glasses. Utensils etc.

Nights of Lights

Stayed with my husband and parents for 2 night for Nights of Lights. Property was just as pictured, very clean and in easy reach of all the things. We took an uber to the historic section one night and walked the other. Walk to La Nouvelle (must try if you haven’t before!!) or the Fish Camp for great food, rooftop at the Distillery for a cocktail. Hosts were great, very communicative and accommodating.
