Good morning Karin, I would ask that before you book a Hotel,please find out what is inside the room.You asked for a Deluxe room. You checked in the room and asked for a Coffee station,with Coffee Maker,complimentary bottled water, Tea etc, with a mini Refridgerator which is what is reserve for our Suites only. We asked you if you were ok and you said yes. We were surprised when on the following morning you left the Hotel without checking out..

Good afternoon, The Seacrest Team strives for guest comfort at all times. We regret the discomfort of any guest on our properties. We take pride and care when guests arrives and always ensure guests are satisfied upon arrival. We find this review very unfortunate and unreasonable.

I don't understand what this gentleman is saying. The cable in the room was not coming on, we try our best to fix it but it just was not working. We offer the lady that was staying to change the villa, she said it was fine, Therefore, i think he should say what is terrible about the villa he occupied for one night.

Sorry, you had an issue with the room, but other guests have stayed in the room and have even extended their stay.

We want to thank Judene for her honest assessment of our property. We are happy that she and her family enjoyed her stay at Seacrest. We have been doing renovations on the property over the covid pandemic and when she visits us again she will see more improvement. Once again thanks for choosing Seacrest.

Hi Maresha, I would have prefer you speak to me about the proplem ,I would have explain to you that you book a Standard room which carries the basic facilities as stated on the site. Concerning the iron we give this on request. We cannot upgrade the air conditioner to be better that a Panasanic as this is the best and most expensive on the market, the furniture in the room are made of Hand Carve Jamaica Cedar which is/ or more expensive and secure than all the cheap fancy plywood on the market , therefore unfortunate we will not want to change to this. .I am happy that our staff went out of their way to give a fully breakfast instead of the continental that comes with the room. I would therefore recommend in the future if you want all the facilities that you mention you book a Deluxe room. All the best and I hope I will see you again.

I must apologize for your experience at the beach .We try very hard to keep the weed off beach .However we are located in the cove of the sea and when there is a lot of rain is difficult to keep it perfect. Good morning. I must apologize for the slow response. We appreciated your visit with us and we are delighted to know that you felt welcome here by the staff as well as enjoyed our breakfast. In relation to the water pressure, that was circumstances beyond our control.

We have read your complains and we are sorry for any inconvenience you experienced. All rooms are equipped with Panasonic split units which is the best on the market. the unit comes with a remote which adjusts temperature to the desired climate. Our rooms are not equipped with phones, which was stated on Expedia. There are 3 categories of rooms and a list of it amenities. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee when a toilet will malfunction because other guests may clog then and we can only fix or change the room. I am sorry to hear that, though we have 3 different plug outlets in each room. Unfortunately the room that has the queen size bed, the Air Conditioning unit was not cooling properly, hence we had to upgrade you to a room with a king size bed. In regards to the comforter, I will have to investigate seeing as though we have multiple comforters in our storage. There were 3 life rings in the pool and due to the heat, the seal was compromised on 1 of them and we have taken note and will remove it. The rust was a small portion on the railing and we had taken note of it, but due to the heavy traffic flow at this time we were unable to correct it, however we will do so shortly. We are planning to equip the room with irons however we haven't gotten them as yet. I would suggest when selecting guests read what is offered for the rooms selected seeing as we have different rooms with different options.
