  • This large lakeview property is breathtaking! The house sits atop a hill with spectacular views of Kentucky Lake and a large front and back yard. The open floor plan is perfect for large families. The living room has a large stone fireplace, elk chandelier and a one of a kind staircase reminiscent of home fit for Yellowstone! The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for entertaining large families or a romantic weekend getaway. The home has a large front porch and two additional private porches off of the downstairs bedrooms perfect for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Or you can cozy up on the large back porch with seating for 6 to grill out or just relax. There is a two car garage so bring your boat (you can put in about a mile away). The property is located about 5 minutes away from Buchanan Resort where boat and watercraft rentals are available.

Beautiful Setting

The cabin had such beautiful views of the lake. Lots of room for 3 families to stay. We had a great time and hope to make this an annual trip.

Lake house

This is our second stay here and we stayed in 2023 and 2025 nice and big quiet place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.we have family that lives here and have a boat in a slip at Buchanans. Gives u a nice view

Another blessing at Thanksgiving

We stayed at this beautiful property to spend time with our extended family in the local area for Thanksgiving. What a blessing it was to arrive and find such a beautiful home with a gorgeous view of the lake.

Cabin on the lake

It was a big space for family to hang out and enjoy the area and visit the lake we enjoyed using the black stone grill and plenty of room for everyone

Perfect Accommodation for Family

My family and I wanted to stay together for my daughter’s wedding In Springville, TN. The beautiful home accommodated all nine of us comfortably. The owner, Keely, was so wonderful and easy to communicate with. She always responded in a timely manner to any questions we had.

Its was absolutely Gorgeous!!

The open plan of the house was nice, we were able to be spread out but still all together. The front porch is where its at in the mornings, about 6 am you can see deer at the feeder and right a dusk they come back, Oh that Beautiful sunrise over the lake was surely gods beautiful work!! This will definitely be our spot. The owner was so welcoming. A great time was had by all and These memories will be cherished forever!!!

Amazing Property and Host

It was absolutely amazing! The house is beautiful. It had wonderful decks & patios for lounging and even a deck off the kitchen area to have meals overlooking the trees. Super quiet and peaceful setting. The beds were very comfortable. Wonderful seating areas in the beautiful living area. A huge dining room table for all your family and friends. Our host was so helpful and accommodating. We definitely plan to stay here again!

Great stay!

The property is beautiful with a nearby boat rental. The owners provide some games and extra blankets. Definitely recommend bringing your own spices, sugar, shampoo & conditioner (they leave a 3 in 1 men’s scented), BUG SPRAY, and maybe extra towels because there are no kitchen towels. A great getaway trip though! The view & sunrises at this place are just stunning.

Great Lake House in TN Hills Overlooking Kentucky Lake

Our family stayed at this charming, cabin-style home in the hills above Kentucky Lake. We enjoyed our time here at the house both as a base camp for lake and federal/state park adventures and for unwinding in our down time. The home is spacious (we were a party of 10 and had no space issues) and lots of features, including a Blackstone griddle which we used one morning for bacon and eggs. Don't hesitate to book this home for your next TN lake excursion.

Beautiful views

We brought the whole family, including our fur baby Gemma. In total we had 2 adults and 5 children, plenty of space for all. Nice large yard to play and run, beautiful little town just up the rd 10 mins. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend 10/10!!

Great home!

This was a great home for a family or group of friends looking to spend time together. We were a group of 6 people and everyone was so comfortable in this home. It was very well kept and the owners were great communicators. This home is about 10 minutes to a boat marina so we definitely recommend renting a boat too!!
