"We were three glas , friends since 1964 or so who were in Bronson Nursing School together. We needed a retreat to celebrate our octogenarian year. This house was perfect! Very quiet and peaceful and so close to many possible excursions. We walked on the Falling Waters Trail and loved the sculptures. The house was just the right size. "Staying in this yurt felt like stepping into a Disney movie. I saw deer and rabbits, heard sandhill cranes, and walked the trails the owners had cleared through the woods. The yurt was incredibly well thought out, with everything you might need: A heater, a fan, a one-burner stove, drinking water, and even a clever sink setup with a spigot and basin. "This property was so cute! The decorating was adorable, and the lake view was so beautiful! It was my sister's bachelorette trip, and she wanted a short, cozy weekend getaway, so this was the perfect spot for it. "This property is kayak heaven. Explored all the connecting lakes and we highly recommend if you love kayaking. So much wildlife several pairs of trumpeter swans, Eastern River Otters, many deer, so many birds, and small critters. Fishing is also good. The property is very secluded.
