"This place is amazing. The architecture of the villa is wonderful and it is tastefully decorated. The host has provided games and even a Bluetooth speaker for use in the den as well as a starter kit of coffee for your first day. It’s a short 2-3 minute walk to the beach club at the fairmont. The staff there are great and will take care of you. The little food truck by the fairmont, Pepperjacks, has great and affordable food/drinks. "Lovely, very comfortable place with a spectacular view from the patio and pool area. There was a bit of confusion at first checking in as the usual manager had recently passed away, but once we got in touch with Ainslie, she was very quick to respond and sort things out. The neighbors were very nice and Omar living next door as a taxi option is very convenient. It's a bit far from things so we recommend having a car otherwise. "

"The Villa is amazing and very modern I love it. kitchen bedrooms and bathrooms fantastic very clean. quiet residential area my family loves it the view is amazing some cute little monkeys popping up early morning on the balcony my grandson enjoyed that the food at Roti Den restaurant is great and the host Reydon is 10/10 awesome very friendly checking in to make sure we’re ok will definitely stay there again "

"The villa was excellent. Fully equipped and excellent quality. The one thing we could have done with was an umbrella to shade while lying by the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Palm Tree Villa and thank you so much for the welcome basket on arrival. It was the perfect holiday. "Our stay here was excellent. Our family of four prefers less touristy spots, and Worthing Beach was perfect. The beach is a hidden gem, just a four-minute walk via a small access lane across from Mojo’s. Rockley Beach and its stunning boardwalk are also nearby. There are great eateries around, and if nightlife is your thing, St. Lawrence Gap and Oistins are close. Public transport is right there, but we had a rental and appreciated the on-site parking. "We enjoyed our stay at the house. The house was clean and contained everything we needed in a house. Cheryl, the house, the lady that welcomed us, was always at hand if you needed her. There was only one thing missing: transport. However, we hired a car, which gave us a lot of freedom to travel around. We would stay there again."

"A very inviting home, beautifully designed with high ceilings and an open layout. The pool area was well laid out. The chaise lounges were especially comfortable for morning coffee and evening cocktails. "The villa is lovely. Very clean, well appointed and beautifully decorated. Just right for two couples. The wraparound porch was a favourite place to enjoy morning coffee and late afternoon/evening cocktails. And the pool just outside the door was great for relaxing after a day exploring or the beach. The bedrooms were spacious with ample closet space and the beds were very comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and with controlled access we felt very secure. Beach was a five minute walk away....
