"Lovely, very comfortable place with a spectacular view from the patio and pool area. There was a bit of confusion at first checking in as the usual manager had recently passed away, but once we got in touch with Ainslie, she was very quick to respond and sort things out. The neighbors were very nice and Omar living next door as a taxi option is very convenient. It's a bit far from things so we recommend having a car otherwise. "

"The Villa is amazing and very modern I love it. kitchen bedrooms and bathrooms fantastic very clean. quiet residential area my family loves it the view is amazing some cute little monkeys popping up early morning on the balcony my grandson enjoyed that the food at Roti Den restaurant is great and the host Reydon is 10/10 awesome very friendly checking in to make sure we’re ok will definitely stay there again "

"We loved our stay! The home is gorgeous and I especially enjoyed working on the terrace every morning with a gentle breeze and the family of monkeys running across the fence. The teens loved the pool, the short walk to the beach, and the entertainment cottage for a nightly movie. We had some struggles with pandemic travel and Maria and her crew were kind and checked-in with advice, empathy, and encouragement. I highly recommend!"

"The pros: the place is right on the bay and if you’d like the nightlife of live music and partying it’s right down the street from you. Cons: if you don’t want to party, the nightlife is just down the street from you. We had fun a couple nights, but we also wanted to sleep a couple nights and on Friday Saturday night. "We stayed at the Belair House in January 2025 for 9 nights. We enjoyed everything about the home. It had all the supplies we needed for a comfortable stay. The view was amazing. Steps that led down to the beach were easily accessible. The area felt safe and directions received by owner to the house were easy to follow. "

"Fabulous little villa exactly as described in the listing. A real home from home with everything you could possibly need right down to bags for life for when you go to the supermarket. Perfect location less than ten mins walk to the beach. Far enough from the town to avoid the hustle and bustle but close enough to access restaurants bars and shops. Peaceful location the only sound u’ll hear is the tree frogs n crickets . Great comms from the owner Wouldn’t hesitate to book again ...

"The Villa & surroundings were lovely. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms but not main living areas which did make the living area quite hot but it was it was a lovely stay. Kitchen was very well stocked & the villa was very clean. We would consider returning to the villa for our next stay."

"A perfect place to stay for us. Velta and her team her super accessible, friendly and helpful. The villa is well equipped for all the activities you can think off. Short 5-10min drive to either holetown or speighstown which have a wide range of shops and resturanats. The beach oppsite is simply wonderful with a number of bars and beach shacks. "The villa is lovely. Very clean, well appointed and beautifully decorated. Just right for two couples. The wraparound porch was a favourite place to enjoy morning coffee and late afternoon/evening cocktails. And the pool just outside the door was great for relaxing after a day exploring or the beach. The bedrooms were spacious with ample closet space and the beds were very comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and with controlled access we felt very secure. Beach was a five minute walk away....

"Me gustó la ubicación, buena cama, tranquilo y excelentes desayunos. Limpieza cuestionable, piso no estaba muy limpio cuando recibí la habitación, la limpieza del baño es pobre deben subir su estándar de limpieza en general. Cuando uno sale y paga para estar en un hotel como ese la limpieza debe ser primordial. En el lobby siempre hay un olor a grasa y aceite muy desagradable pareciera que no limpian bien."
