This cabin exceeded expectations! It is clean and well-equipped for many activities, both inside and outside. We drove all the UTV trails, soaked in the hot tub, bird watched, played some family games (indoors and outdoors), kayaked and skipped rocks on the river! The host was very responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend!

A beautiful house and property! Everything was clean and there were so many thoughtful touches. You can really see how much they care. Communication was easy when we needed something and we really appreciated the float trip tips! Easy drive to Branson and Springfield while still being able to enjoy nature. Definitely somewhere we would return to and recommend!

Beautiful cabin and property. Luxurious cabin while also being on the river, you’re able to take the side by side down and swim! We enjoyed the hot tub, covered deck and fire pit as well. Would absolutely stay here again. You can tell the owners take a lot of pride in this rental.

Amazing cabin getaway

Property owners were amazing and very helpful. Replied to any questions very quickly. The cabin was fabulous. So many things to do. Hot tub, games, tvs, kayaks, trails, river, scavenger hunt. The owners have thought of everything! I would definitely recommend this place over and over again.

An absolute amazing property

Me and my wife came for a thur-sun anniversary trip and we found this cabin and immediately said this is the one we fond the property to be so charming and quite, the inside of the cabin was done just perfectly done and is by far one of the most well stocked kitchens we have ever been in there was even a crokpot. The 2nd floor bed room and bath were so comfortable and relaxing, the fireplace was so cozy. The outdoor amenities is another shining point for this listing there is a wonder hottub hammock right off the covered porch and while too cold for us to use eith the canoes or kayaks its amazing that they are there for tou to use. We did make use of the utv to go down to the river and explore the teails on the property it was an absolute blast l. The hosts responed to any questions we may uave had or even to juct chat a bit a teully stand out place sto stay and with all the close by things to do it should be atvthe too of your list, dont miss out on this property.

Dad’s retreat

We were just for dad‘s getting away for the weekend and this place could not have been better. We are all from Springfield, Missouri only 25 minutes away, but felt like we were out in the middle of nowhere. We enjoyed the side-by-side, the hot tub, the fire pit, and all the other amenities . I’m reluctant to leave such a good review as I would like to keep this hidden gem hidden. But also feel like other should be made aware of it. If you have the opportunity, you should definitely check this spot out. It is absolutely stellar.

It was everything you want for people who like the outdoors. Very peaceful and quiet! Many things to do. We have stayed in many cabins. This is far the best ever stayed in! Very clean and comfortable place to stay. We would suggest it to everyone!

Family Vacation

From check-in to check-out I loved every minute of this vacation. Spent most of our time enjoying the trails and playing in the river! Always ended the night with a nice fire and a movie with the whole family packed in the loft bed!! Very responsive and gracious hosts thanks again!!

Very Relaxing!

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was quite relaxing. We found the house to be clean and accommodating for our needs. We spent time riding around in the UTV on the property and utilizing the canoe and paddleboards in the river. We spent the evenings by the fire and watching streamed movies. Both my teens said it was the perfect trip for resting.

Wonderful time!

Very nice small cabin on beautiful property. Very wet and rainy weather during our stay made some of the trails impassable and the river flooded over its banks, so we had no luck fishing. The cabin itself was clean, comfortable, and well decorated. Our sons are 3, 6, 8, and 11. If they were any older there would not be enough room. Kids really enjoyed the hot tub and we made s’mores by the fire pit every night. Very nice place to stay, it’s close to a medium sized city so everything you need is nearby but it feels like you are way out in the country. We used this place as a launching point for trips into Springfield, Branson, and KC. Would recommend for small groups.

Great getaway!

Very nice, cozy cabin! Quiet and peaceful! Excellent, relaxing trip for my wife and me. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting a peaceful retreat. The property is also setup great for kids too, so don’t be afraid to bring them along!

Peaceful Retreat!

Very beautiful, clean, bright cabin nestled in the woods. The perfect blend of cozy and high end! We enjoyed every aspect of this little gem! Our host, Rachel, was so responsive and accommodating and it is evident she has truly put a lot of thought into your stay. Every room is well considered and perfectly appointed. No need to pack a lot of items, as the cabin is fully stocked. Including bath robes! Exploring trails with the UTV, enjoying the river, relaxing in the hot tub, along with the secluded and peaceful surroundings are just what we needed to unwind from everyday life. We can’t thank you enough for a relaxing and memorable stay. We are already looking forward to a return visit!

Anniversary trip

From the moment we drove on the winding tree lined country roads we knew it would be a special vacation. We arrived at the cabin and it is such a pretty setting. The cabin is just as described and so clean. We took the UTV to the river, too low to easily launch kayak, so instead we took walks through the woods, drove around the countryside, and spent alot of time sitting on the back deck listening to music, the birds and bugs, and watching the leaves fall like snow, so relaxing! Sitting on the front porch in the morning we watched gliders (turkey vultures) gliding on the currents. We live in the country so we are use to the quiet, but it was so nice being at a different setting. Rachel, thank you for all the great communication and sharing your wonderful cabin.

Loved the place! Our 2nd time!

The home was still well taken care of, even though we hadn’t been since April of 2021. Everything was still in great condition, well loved home, and now a swing set the kids desperately needed after our 3 hour drive. The home was cleaned as if I had done it myself. The decor, was warm and inviting. We will be back! Loved the nature, wild turkeys, birds, and the river. The kids couldn’t get enough of the UTV. On our last day, we finally went into town for a great bowling and arcade.great memories!
