"The host was rude and disrespectful with me, when I said I did not have a menu to read he snapped back and told me to "take it easy". I could not believe that he was talking to me that way. Then I told him afterwards that I did not appreciate that response and he denied having said that to me, but when I pressed, he said, "Ok, well you were angry at me". You will need to pay a $45 usd “all access fee” for every night which supposedly includes the use of the hotel spaces, however the staff at the bar is rude and their service hours are limited.
The rooms are really small, the closet is super tiny and you end up with a mess on the floor with all your stuff. The AC doesn’t work which sucks for New York weather…as it won’t cool off once if the temperature rises suddenly one day.
I wouldn’t recommend...
