"Great location in a quiet neighborhood. This apartment was cozy, clean and with many amenities. My family and I stayed at this location as a last minute decision to see Washington D.C. I was surprised to see that they had a pack n play, high chair and very child friendly. This was very appreciated for my 1 yr old nephew. Check-in and checkout was easy. "Did not receive check in instructions. Called the owner and he helped us check in but was definitely irritated and hurried to end the call. Did not understand that there was laundry or parking permit until we received the check out instructions."

"Caveat: we checked in around 9:30pm and left at 8:00am, spending just one night.Pros: This unit was generally as advertised. It is a very tiny space but very clean and well appointed (had ice in freezer, coffee available, hair dryer, and packaged toothbrushes for example). The bed was pretty comfortable. "My mom and I stayed here while we have a loved one in the hospital. The staff was very accommodating to us. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. This is where we will plan on staying every time we come to visit! "
