"Very nice tiny house. I'm glad I wasn't taller. The exposed joists are a little low but if you're under 6'4" you will be fine. The bed was extremely comfortable and the location was perfect for where our event was held. Definitely would recommend this for a nice relaxing stay in Springfield. "

"The best part about this place is that it is about a 10-minute walk from downtown. The place is clean and has all the basics you need. Just a heads-up that the queen bed is a mattress in the closet that you drag out of the closet and set up in the living room. I did appreciate how the cabinets and the closet were labeled with a list of the contents. That saved time in looking through every cabinet! The house is a little bit old, but it is fixed up well. "
