Townhome 5 in Springdale, at Zion National Park

  • Let our beautiful new townhome in the heart of Springdale be your vacation center for your trip to southern Utah and Zion National Park. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Out townhome can accommodate 4 guests. Each bedroom has a queen bed. It is less than 400 feet to the nearest shuttle stop. We are next to the town market. It is a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Our townhome is less than one mile from the parks main entrance. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room and half bath on the first floor. On the second floor there are two master suites, one of which has a balcony so you can enjoy the upcanyon views. Amongst the amenities to assist your stay are:

Very nice and comfortable. Furniture and bedding were nice and in a nice location. Clean, well equipped kitchen, having a laundry was a nice perk, close to a market and easy walk to several restaurants. Close to a shuttle stop, but less then a ten minute drive to the park.

The condo had everything we could ask for! Comfortable beds, ceiling fans in both rooms, fully stocked kitchen (which made quick meals easy to assemble), washer and dryer, and it was VERY clean when we arrived. The owners also let us use the parking spot early on the day we arrived which saved us the massive parking hassle that Springdale presents--that allowed us to have an excellent day even before we checked in. Highly recommend and would stay again if we come back.

We loved being in the heart of Springdale! We could walk to coffee shops, restaurants and the shuttle. The condo was clean and very comfortable. We highly recommend.

This is a wonderful property for anyone wanting to visit Zion NP. The owners have thought of everything you would want for a vacation and stocked the Condo with it. It is located close to restaurants and stores so you need not drive once you arrive. We strongly recommend this property and these hosts!

This property has everything! It is located across the street from a small neighborhood grocery store. It is also next door to Meme’s Cafe and Oscar’s. The property is a short walk to the park entrance and also right around the corner from stop 5 of the Springfield shuttle (if you prefer to ride). The property is very clean and appears new. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds slept well. Huge washer and dryer with this unit. We would definitely stay her again! Highly recommend.

Location was fantastic and owners were very attentive and proactive in communicating with us - both before and during our stay. Great set up for 2 couples traveling together with the two separate bedrooms each with their own connected bathroom. So very convenient to everything in town and Zion National Park. Definitely recommend!

We loved this townhome. We were 2 couples and it worked out great. Easy walk to free shuttle bus, many restaurants and shops. Well stocked kitchen. Great time!

Excellent townhouse location in Springdale in walking distance to grocery store, outdoor outfitters, coffee shops and cafes. The townhome was very clean, quiet and supplied with kitchen items. The entrance to Zion Park and the shuttle is just down the road so it was very convenient. We loved sitting on the upstairs patio in the evenings, reflecting on our days in the park while admiring the sun setting on the cliffs that surround the town.

Our townhome in Springdale was very updated and clean! It was in a fantastic location for visiting Zion Natl Park. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Perfect Springdale Townhouse

This property is centrally located with easy walking access to a grocery store and many restaurants. A beautiful view of the mountains in Zion. Was clean and well equipped with all the comforts of home. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, clean and cozy

The location is perfect, center of town and close to the shuttle to Zion. We rented with 2 adult couples and it was nice to both have our own en suite (plus a 1/2 bath on the lower level). We had wine on the patio downstairs and upstairs balcony -lovely views. The home was clean and was well stocked.

Fantastic Springdale rental

We parked and didn’t need our vehicle again. Walking distance to shuttle, shops and restaurants made it extremely convenient. Description of property very accurate.

Perfect location, amenities and hosts

Townhome was well stocked with everything we needed. Clean and comfortable. Grocery right next door and next to a cafe with great food. Owners are very responsive and very helpful with questions about the park. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely condo, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very well stocked kitchen although we didn’t cook. Getting in the condo would be an issue for some with the rocks used for landscaping

Great location

Property was excellent and as advertised. Beds were super comfortable! Kitchen contained everything we needed, and the extensive spice rack was a nice plus. Close to the bus stop (Bumbleberry), which made going to the park entrance a breeze. Steps from a grocery store and right next door to a cute cafe (MeMe's). If we're ever in the area again, we will definitely rent here!

Awesome townhouse close to Zion Park

Awesome place and great location to Zion Park. Springdale had lots of great restaurants and a grocery store across the street. Everything was within walking distance from your townhouse and there was a free shuttle bus that takes into Zion Park since parking is very limited. Overall an excellent place to stay. Only issue was cleaning crew was still working when we checked in at 4pm as they were not informed that we were staying there.
