- Beautiful home located just off main road to entrance of Zion National Park. Next to shuttle stop. Walk to restaurants. Backs onto Virgin River and park. Private infinity edge pool and hot tub overlooking river. Go to sleep to the sound of the river... Wake up to an amazing light show as the sun hits West Temple Mountain Ride your bike from your driveway up through Zion National Park or rent ebikes in town. Kids can swing out over the river Great room has plenty of space for gathering after a day of hiking Watch your videos and pictures from your day in Zion in the theatre room on the big screen tv Relax with a book in the hammock next to the river or take a swim in beautiful infinity edge pool while you escape the crowds and take in some of the most amazing views in the world. Amazing house within minutes to the entrance to the national park. Clean, well-stocked with basic amenities and appliances. Tori was very responsive to messages and provided great recommendations for local dining and activities. I hope we have the opportunity to stay here again soon!

This house is absolutely spectacular, it is in the best location, Tori the host was so kind and helpful with whatever we needed. You are right down the street from park entrance. Everything about the house is just perfect. You need to book your trip as soon as possible and stay here.

We absolutely loved this beautiful vacation home in Springdale! The location on the Virgin River was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the gorgeous natural beauty all around. My sisters and I especially loved the swings over the River that took us right back to our childhoods. Thank you for all of your attention to details which helped make this home the perfect stay for us!

Exceeded expectations
Our stay was superb in every respect. The pictures do not do the outdoor space justice; the river being right behind the home creates a feeling of peace and relaxation just by stepping outside, and our family enjoyed the pool, swings, and outdoor seating areas each day. The location makes it easy to beat the crowds into the park.

Beautiful property with easy access to shuttle to Zion, restaurants and other locations like Bryce and Kolab. After hiking we enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Quiet location and very scenic.

Excellent Location
This property is in a prime locations just minutes from Zion and within walking distance to restaurants and stores. The hosts were welcoming and kind, giving us lots of tips for things to do in the area.

Our "go to" in Zion
We've been coming to stay at Tori's beautiful home in Springdale since 2015 and will keep coming back as long as she is willing! The perfect location, so peaceful and serene. This home has everything and Tori is the best host ever.
