We spent a weekend celebrating my mother's 84th birthday in the house: eleven of us ranging in age from 84 to 14 years old. The house was spacious, clean and well appointed. The backyard was amazing--pool, hot tub, sauna, games, ample seating and more! The arcade was a huge hit with our family as well.The kitchen had all of the plates, pots, etc. we needed. The host, Alvin, was incredible. The best host we have ever encountered.

We had a wonderful family get-together for Thanksgiving with multiple families, and this place was perfect for the occasion. It offered several fun activities like pool, spa , foosball table , games, and more, ensuring everyone—from adults to kids—had a great time. The house was spacious with large rooms and bathrooms. It was stocked with plenty of toiletries, towels, and kitchen essentials, making our stay comfortable and convenient. Location was close to beach and airport. Alvin was very responsive and quick to answer all our questions from the day I booked to till we left . Overall, we had an excellent stay!

We were super impressed with the cleanliness and layout of this house! It was perfect for a family reunion with kids. Another thing that impressed us was the communication with the owner Alvin, any questions I had or to turn on/off the pool and hot tub I never waited more then a couple minutes for a response ! We will be back!

The property was great for all ages of our family vacation together. The backyard was like a retreat. The little ones enjoyed the playground, everyone loved the pool, the slide and the hot tub. A few enjoyed the sauna and we made s'mores and enjoyed our time around the

This was a perfect place for a family of 6 adults and 3 children age 2 - 6. The backyard has a wonderful pool with slide, a playground area that the kids loved, a terrific grill area, a fire pit and a large table for wonderful dinners on the cool evenings. Inside, the arcade was a big hit with the kids, especially when it was hot outside. The Host, Alvin was super responsive to requests to turn on the spa jets, adjust temperature, etc. The home is well equipped for a family stay, and we found that Instacart, Doordash and Uber were readily available and arrived quickly. No surprises, no problems, a great place to hang with family. This is VRBO at its best.

We had the absolute best time in Spring Valley celebrating my daughter’s 21st birthday with a group of my friends and many of hers. Comfortably slept and accommodated 20 women which is no easy feat. 😝 The house had every amenity you could imagine….abundance of towels, toiletries, spices, steamers, etc. Alvin was the most responsive host I’ve ever dealt with and responded immediately to every need we had. I would stay there again in a heart beat!

We found the house very. Comfortable and large enough for our family of 16 people. Not sure if it will be large enough for our family as the family grows larger. Very clean with sufficient linens and kitchen with typical pots pans and dishes. All appliances in excellent condition and worked great. Had a few items to text with the property manager which were all taken care of extremely promptly and courteously. If the house is 5 stars, the backyard and pool is 50 stars. Everyone in my family loved the pool and games in the yard. Spent most days enjoying San Diego sites in the morning and then chilling at the pool in the afternoon. Amazing family experience!!

This place was awesome! So much space in a quiet cul de sac. The pool was awesome for kids! It’s a quick drive to the beach. After a day at the beach we could come home and relax in the pool. The backyard amenities were amazing! Great place to spend time inside or out. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back!

We have stayed at many different homes in various locations and this one definitely stands out as one of the best! The home is a resort in itself. The house is very large and very comfortably fit our large extended family of 12 with plenty of space to spread out. The backyard was a dream! The kids enjoyed the pool, water slide, playground and arcade room. The home was well equipped for families on vacation. Host was extremely communicative and easy to work with. We look forward to coming back one day!

We stayed at Alvin's Villa with friends during our spring break college tour (4 families with teenagers). The home is very close to SDSU (about 10 mins), which made it a perfect location to stay. All of the rooms were very spacious, clean and well kept. The back yard is a dream for hanging out, making it truly feel like we were on vacation. Would definitely recommend for a large group traveling in this area.

Alvin's attention to detail and thoughtfulness throughout the property is amazing. We rented this house for our family summer vacation, and I dare say it's the best vacation home we've stayed at. And to top it off, Alvin made it easy and was very helpful when there were a couple of things we needed to work through.

We stayed here with another family for our son's baseball tournament. It was wonderful! Everything was just as listed and more. Alvin was great and his responses were immediate, we felt very welcome. The pool and playground were lovely and perfect for kids of all ages so noone was bored. The arcade room was perfect for the nights. We cant wait to come back!

We had children ranging from age 3-13 and mostly boys. There was so much for them to do with the awesome pool and slide, hot tub, awesome game room, swings and slide. The adults could relax because the kids were so entertained. Beautiful big backyard with lots of lounging chairs. We barbequed on the grill and ate outside, the lighting and fire pit at night were so awesome. It rained on and off but the kids didn't care and swam their little hearts out. The big Bar table was a lot of fun to play games around and eat and visit. The big house was super clean and modern with everything we could possibly need for our stay. Everything was a quick 15-20 minute drive from the house to good eats, Zoo, Mission Beach, LaJolla Beach and Cove and airport. Would stay there again! The washer and dryer were great for keeping all the towels clean and dry from all the swimming. The bunk bed rooms were perfect and the suites were huge, plenty of bathrooms also. Alvin is an awesome host and was super quick to answer our questions and reply back. He is very kind and easy to work with. This place was exactly perfect for our family vacation in San Diego. Would highly reccomend!
