We were a group of 12, age range from 1yrs to 82yrs The house was able to provide fun and space for all our party. The pool area was great to soak up the San Diego sun and enjoy time together. The outside entertaining space was fantastic to have family meals together. The double grill gave us lots of cooking choices. The house had plenty of bath towels and swimming towels available. The host Alvin was very prompt answering any questions or quests we had. I would definitely recommend the property to any large group wanting to spend quality time together in a beautiful home.

We had a 20-person extended family stay at this home. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed the outdoor space, including the grill area, pool, fire pit, and playground - just perfect for our getaway. The home was very clean and the beds were comfortable. There is an eat-in kitchen with space for 8 to dine, but no separate indoor dining room, so keep this in mind if you have a large group. There is plenty of space to spread out to eat outside, including a table by the pool.

Amazing property! Our party of 10 ranged in age from 3 to 80. The spacious, clean, comfortable house and ample amenities offered something for everyone, giving us all the freedom to enjoy each other's company. Kitchen was well equipped, and we made good use of the backyard barbecues, pool/waterslide, play equipment, and fire pit. Host was very attentive, answering questions promptly by text. Many grocery options nearby. The location is not very walkable and nearby freeways got backed up at times, but we spent most of our time at the house anyway. Excellent extended family getaway spot!

Amazing place with incredibly responsive host

We spent a weekend celebrating my mother's 84th birthday in the house: eleven of us ranging in age from 84 to 14 years old. The house was spacious, clean and well appointed. The backyard was amazing--pool, hot tub, sauna, games, ample seating and more! The arcade was a huge hit with our family as well.The kitchen had all of the plates, pots, etc. we needed. The host, Alvin, was incredible. The best host we have ever encountered.

Great stay !!

We had a wonderful family get-together for Thanksgiving with multiple families, and this place was perfect for the occasion. It offered several fun activities like pool, spa , foosball table , games, and more, ensuring everyone—from adults to kids—had a great time. The house was spacious with large rooms and bathrooms. It was stocked with plenty of toiletries, towels, and kitchen essentials, making our stay comfortable and convenient. Location was close to beach and airport. Alvin was very responsive and quick to answer all our questions from the day I booked to till we left . Overall, we had an excellent stay!

Fantastic!

We were super impressed with the cleanliness and layout of this house! It was perfect for a family reunion with kids. Another thing that impressed us was the communication with the owner Alvin, any questions I had or to turn on/off the pool and hot tub I never waited more then a couple minutes for a response ! We will be back!

Great Family Stay

Perfect spot for a family vacation

This was a perfect place for a family of 6 adults and 3 children age 2 - 6. The backyard has a wonderful pool with slide, a playground area that the kids loved, a terrific grill area, a fire pit and a large table for wonderful dinners on the cool evenings. Inside, the arcade was a big hit with the kids, especially when it was hot outside. The Host, Alvin was super responsive to requests to turn on the spa jets, adjust temperature, etc. The home is well equipped for a family stay, and we found that Instacart, Doordash and Uber were readily available and arrived quickly. No surprises, no problems, a great place to hang with family. This is VRBO at its best.

21st Birthday Group Gathering

We had the absolute best time in Spring Valley celebrating my daughter’s 21st birthday with a group of my friends and many of hers. Comfortably slept and accommodated 20 women which is no easy feat. 😝 The house had every amenity you could imagine….abundance of towels, toiletries, spices, steamers, etc. Alvin was the most responsive host I’ve ever dealt with and responded immediately to every need we had. I would stay there again in a heart beat!

Great family vacation spot

We found the house very. Comfortable and large enough for our family of 16 people. Not sure if it will be large enough for our family as the family grows larger. Very clean with sufficient linens and kitchen with typical pots pans and dishes. All appliances in excellent condition and worked great. Had a few items to text with the property manager which were all taken care of extremely promptly and courteously. If the house is 5 stars, the backyard and pool is 50 stars. Everyone in my family loved the pool and games in the yard. Spent most days enjoying San Diego sites in the morning and then chilling at the pool in the afternoon. Amazing family experience!!

Best Place to stay in San Diego!

This place was awesome! So much space in a quiet cul de sac. The pool was awesome for kids! It’s a quick drive to the beach. After a day at the beach we could come home and relax in the pool. The backyard amenities were amazing! Great place to spend time inside or out. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back!

Family reunion

We had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely perfect for our family. The ages ranges from 3 - adult and there was something for everyone to enjoy. Alvin was very responsive and very accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time . The host is very accommodating. The house is very clean and iis very spacious. If you have teens and men and women who just want to see what kind of scores they can achieve the game room is fun. The pool was so much fun. We would come back and stay at this house.

Perfect family vacation

We have stayed at many different homes in various locations and this one definitely stands out as one of the best! The home is a resort in itself. The house is very large and very comfortably fit our large extended family of 12 with plenty of space to spread out. The backyard was a dream! The kids enjoyed the pool, water slide, playground and arcade room. The home was well equipped for families on vacation. Host was extremely communicative and easy to work with. We look forward to coming back one day!

Beautiful home for a group, great host

We stayed at Alvin's Villa with friends during our spring break college tour (4 families with teenagers). The home is very close to SDSU (about 10 mins), which made it a perfect location to stay. All of the rooms were very spacious, clean and well kept. The back yard is a dream for hanging out, making it truly feel like we were on vacation. Would definitely recommend for a large group traveling in this area.
