"Great communication, smooth check in. Nice location a little away from beach & boardwalk, but still very walkable. Groceries & beer/ wine/ spirits also very convenient.As stated in the listing, the deck is shared, and this cottage has only one entrance onto the deck, so if privacy is priority, you might want to look elsewhere. "The Overlook Cottage was an AMAZING vacation stay, with stunning views from both decks - which TRULY ROCKED because when the sun was beating down on one, i went to the other which was in the shade, and vice versa!!! Gary was extremely kind and communicative! "Nice and close to the beach! House is clean and nicely decorated."

"Overall the host was extremely helpful. The house was clean and looked just like the pictures. When we booked the location looked further away from the beach online but in person was only one block away! Close location to everything and a fast uber at night to the boardwalk. We would return to this house again and I highly recommend staying at this location. "

"The house and hosts are top notch! Perfect beach house with everything you need, including beach tags, beach wagon, outdoor shower, beach umbrella and two beach cruiser bicycles. The kitchen is well stocked and very clean. Hosts Gail and Don are very nice and friendly. The house itself has a beautiful private backyard with lovely trees, plants and flowers.
