We love Weekie watchee this is our second visit n this house just hit the nail on the head. It’s on the river and even though it’s not luxurious it’s just perfect for what we wanted which was to be on the river. It had all we needed nice kitchen n extra beds. You can bbq outside n eat out while you watch the manettes go by. Had good air n nice bathrooms, can’t tell you much more as we spend little time in the house except yo eat n sleep the rest of our time was on the river. We did see lots of rafts, kayaks, floats n games but we were too exhausted after the entire day on the river n we brought out own paddle boats etc. Sonia the just was wonderful and answered all our calls. We are already making plans for next year just waiting to check calendar.

We had an amazing long weekend here, and the house just as described and perfect for us! Great location on the river which was cool and clear, it was fun watching all the kayakers, SUPers and GoBoters go by. Our family tried scalloping for the first time, it was fun. The house is stocked with games and the kitchen has a variety of accessories in addition to the usual. We would definitely come back here!

Great spot on the main river

We had a great stay at this property. We saw several manateesRight off the dock. The property was well stocked with a canoe, kayaks, floats and deck seating.The house was super clean and well equipped. We traveled with a wide range of kids (13-7) and they loved having their own space upstairs.

Peaceful River Retreat

The home and exterior was as pictured. The house was spacious and comfortable. It was nice to be able to park with ease and under a carport. The kitchen was well organized and had everything we needed. The inside of the home was very clean. It was nice to have the half bath off of the game room just inside the back door and there were lots of beach towels available. Be aware there is no blow dryer available. The best part of our stay was being able to sit in the screened in porch or out on the deck/dock. We often sat on the dock and chatted with people kayaking on the river. It was an exceptionally peaceful spot because of the wildlife area across the river. Two days before we left a group a couple of houses up moved and and were loud, but that can happen anywhere. We loved this spot and would return here.

Great family house

We had an amazing stay at this house. Great spot for swimming right off the dock. Very nice clean water access with all the kayaks and everything needed to enjoy the river right in the house. Inside has a wonderful set up with all kinds of games for the kids. We will definitely use the same house for all our future visits. House was super clean and property manager was very accommodating to help us get in a few hours early.

Everything was clean and stocked on arrival, and we had a great time. Highly recommend this house for families. Absolutely loved the bunk room upstairs. I hope to return and have the in-laws rent the house next door.

This home is amazing! On the main river so the people watching was 10/10 the kids enjoyed being able to just jump off the dock and swim all day. This home is very accommodating to a large family of all ages. We can’t wait to come back to this place next year..

Gorgeous Location on River!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. We enjoyed the beautiful river being steps away from us. Also loved watching manatees and kayakers go by. Home is well kept and our host was fast to respond with any needs we had.

Great spot on the river

This was a very nice relaxing spot on the river to stay. We say manatees daily right from the dock and had rented a pontoon boat for easy travel on the river and were able to dock it at the property which was great. They had kayaks the kids really enjoyed taking out and are on a clean clean part of the main river which made jumping in from the dock fun and comfortable. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would love to return sometime soon. We are staying a week in July and unfortunately this home was already booked so if you have an upcoming trip book it ahead of time as the dates fill up quickly. Would definitely recommend. I am giving 4 stars as we did have a minor problem with ants inside the home but being that you are so close to nature something is bound to happen and the host was responsive and although the issue was not resolved during our stay I am sure took care of it following our departure as there were hundreds of ants inside I did my best to kill as many as I could and cleaned behind the couch which seemed to be the issue from the previous guests leaving food. Other than that the home was cozy and nice to stay in the kids had their own room with bunk beds, master had a comfortable bed, spare bed was extremely uncomfortable but the location outweighed the few things I would have recommended improving. We swam near manatees on several occasions and even saw a few dolphin swimming close by. Very amazing experience!

Framily reunion - had a blast!

Everything was as described, if anything it undersold itself. We had an amazing trip. This house is on a great spot on the river. New deck was a super hit for hanging out. We enjoyed the kayaks, 4 singles so we rented a few extra. The house was very clean with lots of room for our party of 6 adults. The extra fridge was a great touch. It is a very quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Best location on the springs!

The house is well equipped for our family to vacation. The water is beautiful and clear, we saw a lot of wild life and many manatees. This was our third visit this year we enjoy it so much!

Overall, great stay at this property. Definitely way better than it looked in pictures. Location was great and had all amenities we needed to enjoy our stay. Sonia was a great host. We all had an amazing weekend and would live to go back soon. Highly recommend!
