This place has everything you need! We only left the house one day because we enjoyed the pool, ping pong, kayaks, and everything! So much room loved the 2 master suites they were perfect! We will be back!

The property is beautiful. Perfect for our annual girls trip of 7 ladies. The house is exactly as pictured and is perfectly clean, comfortable, quite and in what felt like a very safe area. We did not experience any inconveniences and everything worked perfectly. We will definitely booking here again!!!

Property is a great location. House has been remodeled and looks really nice inside. Didn’t like the double French doors of the master because it gives no privacy what so ever with it being glass. Really enjoyed the outdoor area a lot

The Best Yet !

The property was fantastic, even better than advertised. Plenty of space for 3 families to get together as well as laid out to ensure privacy and quiet. Phenomenal kitchen area and well equipped. The outside screen patio area is large and accommodating for activities. The pool was fantastic and was perfect for both adults and young children. Not sure how they managed it but threw in beautiful sunsets every evening !We will be back !

Nice canal front home with easy access to area attractions

We visited with family to enjoy spring break and visit springs in the area. The 5 bedroom set up worked well for our family of 8. The property manager was very responsive and quick. Marlene was very helpful with cleaning. Our family enjoyed fishing on the canal and full days in the heated pool.

Hernando Beach Scallop season

House was great, perfect access with the boats, plenty of room to park. Only down fall was the beach sand it's a great feature and looks nice, but after a day it's everywhere. Ends up all over the house inside and out you feel like all your doing is walking on sand and constantly wiping your feet off. Other than that the rest of the house was amazing just as listed.

Wonderful outdoor area!

The house was exceptionally clean with a well equipped kitchen and large table for dining and games. The outside amenities were fantastic - kayaks, bicycles, ping pong, Cornhole, Jenga, a pool, hammock, a variety of seating options, grills and fire pits. We absolutely loved our time here. The only small complaint would be that the starter supplies of paper goods & detergents were skimpy or non-existent so we did have to shop on day 1 even though we had brought food. We would not hesitate to book this house again if the occasion arises. Wish we could have stayed longer.

What a GEM !

I looked for a place for our family to get together for a vacation and also celebrate my mothers 90th birthday. I have 3 grown children and 2 grand kids 18 months and 3 years old. We had the best time ! When we first walked in we were pleasantly surprised. This place looks even better in person. It is beautifully decorated. It was immaculate. The bedrooms are spacious. The kitchen has everything you need. Most people have the pool inside the lanai. The fact that it was outside allowed the kids to play in the lanai without us worrying about the pool. The doors on the lanai lock too. The whole family enjoyed the pool. We took the kayaks out too. We didn't expect to see dolphins in the canal but to our surprise we saw one ! My husband and I took our grandson out on the tandem kayak and my daughter and sons went out in the other one. We played ping pong, they just got a corn hole set, we played that too. There is a place just down the road that rents pontoons. My husband and I rented one and drove over to the house and picked up the kids. We saw dolphins and a sea turtle. We anchored and swam a bit too. The evenings are beautiful and relaxing on the canal. We hated leaving to go anywhere . They had a pack and play and a highchair too! My daughter and son in law are already thinking about coming back as they felt it was the best set up for their kids that they have ever seen. I could go on, but you need to go book it

Excellent property!

This house was perfect for our party of 9! Check in was easy and the house was so clean when we arrived. Alan with the rental company was quick and clear in all communications. He sent reminders about trash pick up which was super helpful. We had 4 adults, 4 teenagers and a 9 year old with us. Plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and all the beds were very comfortable. We had plenty of towels and a little of the basics (TP, paper towels, etc.) to get us started. The pool was beautiful! Everyone enjoyed it. The heater made it especially nice since we visited in early spring! The pool was surrounded by sand, which got a little messy with kids jumping in and out. We had a couple of windy days during our stay and sand was blown in the pool and the screened porch. Otherwise we had a fantastic stay and would definitely visit this beautiful house again! Thank you for a wonderful spring break trip!

Comfortable & Quiet

We enjoyed the property, it's a very spacious house in a quiet area. We are not boaters but if you have a boat, you'd love the access to the gulf. We were able to bring our pets, they enjoyed the space as well. Overall, great place to stay if you are looking to relax. Easy location for day trips to nearby beaches.
