Very quiet and serene Old Florida style surroundings. Located on a double lot with large fenced in yard. Corn hole and other yard games for outdoor fun. Outdoor grill and dining under the trees. Plenty of parking for cars, trucks, and a boat trailer. Unbeatable sunset view into the Gulf is a 3 minute walk. Sunrise is just to the east over The Mud River. Excellent fishing is just a short walk north. Laundry onsite.

Access to fully fenced in double lot, outdoor furniture, grill, and laundry room. Yard games provided in laundry room. Kayaks and beach chairs in carport.

This home is 1 block away from the Gulf. Bring your fishing poles! 1.3 miles from the Bayport Boat Ramp, kayak launch, and fishing pier. 2.7 miles to Pine Island. 5.7 miles to the world famous Weeki Wachee Springs State Park.
