Wonderful experience

The little house on the river is adorable! Everything about that home made it feel so cozy and peaceful. It was the perfect getaway for my husband and I with our kids. We were able to bond with the games provided. We even seen manatee and dolphins in the river. The extra fans in the house made it even more comfortable. I definitely have to come back again!

Had a fabulous time!

I absolutely loved staying at Tina’s lil house on the river! Once we arrived w the food we planned to cook, there was no need to leave the place…everything was available to you, from pots & pans to games to cuddle blankies. Sitting on the swing sipping coffee first thing in the morning was so peaceful. Then seeing manatees go by!!! The kayakers started to fill the river, along w watching some people jump off the tree across the river. So awesome to be right on the river!! Thank you for all the kayaks & paddles available. We loved paddling the river. We saw manatees every day throughout the day. A mama and her baby came to the dock to eat some sea grass. We will definitely be back!! I loved it there. Perfect spot on the river!

Great house on the river

This house is great. It is right on the river and it was so enjoyable to sit out on the lounge chairs each morning and night and have a cup of coffee. The large umbrellas are especially wonderful to block the sun. The house is definitely not little. It has great space and comfortable chairs and couches. They thought of everything including life jackets and Kayaks. Would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

The house was clean and had everything we needed for our vacation. We had three adults and my 13 year old daughter, and we had such a relaxing week on the river. We saw so many manatees and even had the chance to see dolphins! My daughter enjoyed finding lizards all over the property and fishing. We also spotted a few crabs right off the dock. The paddle board and kayaks got plenty of use as we explored the river. At times we felt like we were in a tropical rainforest because the water was so clear! There were plenty of grocery stores within 10-15 minutes to load us up on the essentials and we used the charcoal grill almost daily. We also enjoyed the Upper Deck for dinner one evening and it was a great experience. We highly recommend trying Twistee Treat as well! Tina was a great host and was quick to respond with any questions. We highly recommend this rental!

Little house, lotta fun

We loved our stay on the river - from lounging in the backyard chaises to kayaking to find wildlife, it was great! Sun room was a lovely space to relax too. Kitchen was well equipped. Heads up to those with bad knees, both bedrooms are up a steep set of stairs.

Home away from home

Wonderful experience. Kayaks and life jackets were available, as were beach towels. The view from the master bedroom upstairs was amazing! The video game table was a nice bonus! Great kitchen! My 82 year old mom said: “Can this be our home away from home?”

Great trip and location directly on river!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is excellent on the river and the house is very well stocked. Having kayaks and life jackets was a huge selling point as well. We hope to return to the area again in the future.

Husband and I stayed for 5 nights. Met my sister and her husband in area. We had an amazing time kayaking, SUP’ing, rented pontoon, bikes, cooked in the house, ate at Upper Deck and Brian’s Place. Search for Manatees

Thank you for letting us stay at your rental home. We found everything that we needed and then some! Your place makes a wonderful family get a way. We enjoyed kayaking and canoeing and searching for the Manatees. They did find us and it was a very wonderful experience. We enjoyed being right on the river. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds are comfy. We had a relaxing time.

Weeki Wachee trip Labor Day weekend 2024

Our 1st trip to the river and it did not disappoint. This house is located around the corner from a public ramp and boat rental place. In addition to kayaking, we also rented a skiff and went east up the river for the day for about $125. Tina's place is a great space for family to enjoy. The house has a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of spices. Host is very responsive as well! We hope to book again soon.

We almost had to bail on this trip due to family emergency but thankfully, we made it and it was exactly what we needed to reset. The spot is perfect, the bedroom was beautiful and so comfortable. Great spot and we would definitely return.

Perfect Getaway on Weeki Wachee

My husband and I stayed here for a few days and really enjoyed it. We used the 2 person kayak at the house and kayaked up the spring and back. We saw several manatees. The house and the yard were set up perfect. We loved the back porch with all the windows and enjoyed watching all of the boats and kayaks go by. Tina was very nice and responsive. House had several amenities for the guests. We can’t wait to come back

our great-grandchildren from Montana had a ball swimming in the river. even at the end of July, we saw manatees swim by, including a mama and her baby, and large pair of snapping turtles. wish we brought our smoking bug candles for the yard and shampoo and conditioner. very friendly neighbor. comfy and clean.
