Family Trip for Thanksgiving

Nice home to rent

Enjoyed our stay at the Spring Hill home. Home was very clean and spacious. It was too cold to swim but it looked very clean and inviting. This was our 3rd stay in the home for our January vacations and will come back.

The house was big and spacious, owner provided a lot of little things that were needed and important. Met the owner as well, very nice man, understanding and open minded. His team and himself made the stay very pleasant, did not want to leave

Awesome place!

Very spacious and clean house. We were very impressed and happy with everything. Awesome communication with property manager as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Kayak vacation

House was very lovely. We enjoyed all the space and the pool. Quiet neighborhood was a plus and very convenient location if you want to kayak at the springs. Not to far from beaches at Clearwater.

Very well kept, the owners were very helpful and answered all our questions and inquiries! My wife and family were very pleased with our stay! Neighborhood was quiet and close to everything! Will be back!

There are only 2 bathrooms instead of three. The other half bath is in the pool area. There are also lack of bathroom tissues, kitchen paper towels, and dirty coffee maker, etc.It is OK to stay in the house for a few days, but as the owner stated: this is not like a hotel or resort.

Spring Hill Retreat

Our stay here was nothing but perfect for our family! The house was well maintained and spacious! The pool was fantastic for the kids and grandkids! Our hosts were very nice and answered any questions we had right away and kept us informed of pool cleaning (once a week) and ground maintenance! It was a pleasure using their home for our vacation! We will be back!

Easy, clean and quiet

It was an easy process to come in and stay. All information was provided ahead of time, quiet neighborhood near golf course. We just wanted a home to stay in while visiting family and still enjoy a pool and day to day living. It was clean and bigger than I thought.

Stayed here while visiting family. Wonderful pool. Great communication with the owner. Please don’t let my rating on cleanliness hold you back. The owner had to hire out cleaning due to the hurricane. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed for 28 days 1couple 2 weeks ,2 couples 28days house was very clean just like they said it would be. Beds need updated a little uncomfortable. Pool was the greatest very clean pool guy came every week.host was willing to make or stay the best and was very helpful.

Great stay

Communication for reservation was fantastic. Property was as described. All amenities were available just make sure to bring own bath soap and shampoo. Was in close proximity to many restaurants and attractions. Having the pool to come back and relax was phenomenal. Will return.
