Wow. This place was stunning! It was beautifully decorated and had everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. There were thoughtful touches throughout. From top to bottom, it was immaculate. The beds/bedrooms were cozy, comfy, and we all slept very well. I didn’t want to leave!

Really great weekend escape. Close proximity to Hayes Hollow for a wedding. House was very nice, clean, and spacious. We even saw a fox in the back of the house! The living room area was great for our kids.

Excellent home! We stayed for a wedding at Hays Hollow, excellent location. What a beautiful place! Clean, decorated beautifully, had all we needed and more!! We were just sorry we didn’t have more time to enjoy the home and wildlife! My only small small suggestion would be, maybe add a couple more wash rags for the bathrooms. We had 4 for six people.

Thanksgiving 2023

This is a very thorough (Picky) review of our stay. Comfort-4.5 stars The home is beautifully decorated and very appealing. The beds were comfortable. The linens were soft. The pillows were adequate. The Nest temperature control illuminates when one approaches and is easy to use. The traffic noise from Hwy 306 was intrusive in the primary bedroom. Cleanliness 3.5 stars The disposal did not work the day we arrived and smelled of fish. We retrieved small balloons and other debris from the disposal. For the steep cleaning fee, I expected more. We found a K cup still in the Keurig, silverware in the dishwasher, urine stains on the toilet lid, and spider webs on the island lights. The crock pot had stains on the rim. Dish towels have permanent stains. The kitchen trashcan did not have a trash bag in it. We found a pair of white shorts and tan T shirt in the secondary bedroom drawer. The guests are also expected to take out the trash, strip beds, gather linen and start a load of laundry before departing. Again, steep cleaning fee for my work. Function 2.0 stars This is where this VRBO needs the most attention. There are 3 sauce pans, none large enough to cook spaghetti for 4. Colander has black paint flecking off. The clocks are all incorrect. Driveway is difficult to navigate. Keurig “needs descaling.” The couch lamp is missing a light bulb. The toilet paper holder in the secondary bedroom fell off the wall.

Pleases both the men and women!

The home was beautiful and so well put together! Extremely clean! Laura was so easy to communicate with which was very appreciated! My husband personally loved all the TV options, I loved the decor. Thank You for allowing us to stay!

Beautiful House

This was a beautiful house. Very warm and friendly. The views out of the back were gorgeous. The owners had us place corn out the day we go there so the deer would come up in the back. It was awesome.

Amazing Home & Host

Wow just wow!! This home is immaculate! Everything from the decor to all the amenities of this home just makes you feel like your home away from home. All the rooms are equipped with TV’s . The kitchen is stocked to the T! The host even leaves a bottle of wine for you! Location is perfect to all the nearby towns and to canyon lake! I can’t say anything negative about this home or the host. It was just perfect for my girls trip with my family! I will definitely be booking again soon!!!

Beautiful house inside and out! Designed for a fun place to relax away from home.

Loved staying at this location! Beautifully designed and stocked with needed items. Comfy beds and multiple areas to hang out and enjoy the space comfortably. Located in a private area but not far from things to do. Already planning our trip back next summer!

Nice home in quiet neighborhood

This home is absolutely gorgeous and so comfy. We loved cooking in this gourmet kitchen. The deer came to visit and they even left deer feed for us in the garage. It is next to a major road, so you have a little noise from that, but I’m from the city so it wasn’t too bad for me. The sectional was super comfy and I loved the tvs! I appreciated the snacks too ☺️ My only two complaints were that there weren’t many k-cups for the keurig so our group of 5 ran out quickly, but we bought our own so it was fine. I also did not think the furniture by the bar off the kitchen looked nice or was comfortable. We stuck to the sectional! Thanks for a great weekend!!

Absolutely loved staying here

This property was wonderful and we really enjoyed staying here. The property manager was easy to get a hold of and the house was beautiful and clean. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!
