The Space:
Wake up to glowing sunrises in this fully renovated home that sits slightly elevated to take in stunning sea views and the majestic Maria Island.

Just a 3 minute walk to Spring Beach, the villa is surrounded by Eucalyptus and lush nature, and has three generous sized bedrooms with built in robes.
Beautifully decorated, the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge rooms provide style and comfort, with large windows that always offer the ocean views.
The fully equipped and modern kitchen is a delight to prepare meals, and features an 8 seat dining table for dinner time entertaining.

Kick back in the lounge room complete with wood fire to relax and feel toasty in any season, and a window bay seat for reading when you’re in total relaxation mode.

Spring Beach is one of Tasmania’s popular beach destinations - fill your days with hiking, cycling, diving, swimming and water activities. Take a short ferry to Maria Island National Park for a day of stunning wildlife and history.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access and private use of the entire property.

The Neighborhood:
Hobart is an easy and scenic one-hour drive from Spring Beach, and nearby Orford, just a 7 minute drive with lots of conveniences – IGA supermarket, cafes such as Wattlebanks and Elly’s, a pizzeria, bottle shop and pubs.
Enjoy the 2km cliff-side walking track to Shelly Beach offering beautiful coastal views of Spring Bay, Mercury Passage and the Maria Island National Park.
Take a short ferry to Maria Island National Park from Triabunna, just 15-minutes drive from the villa.
Take the cycling tracks and hiking trails for all levels to enjoy abundant bird and wildlife - you may be lucky to see dolphins and whales at the right time of year.
Lots of historical experiences such as a visit to the old sandstone quarry and Convict Trail.
By car, explore areas of Swansea, Coles Bay and Freycinet Peninsula, and discover wineries, distilleries and home-grown produce from the East Coast regions.

Getting Around:
It is best to hire a car to travel to and around Spring Beach. You can hire rental cars from Hobart Airport from Hertz, Thrifty, Avis, Budget, Europcar to name a few.
