"I participated in the Ironman in the woodlands and my family was there to cheer me on. We had a quick great stay. It was as described and had what we needed. It was about a 20 minute drive to the woodlands which was not bad at all. I would stay there again. Looks like the community has a nice pool but I believe it was not open for the season yet. "

"Host made check in and check out a breeze (actually, one of the easiest check outs we’ve ever stayed in). The house was large with plenty of space. I had 10 girls age 9-11 and 2 adults. They spent hours in the pool, which was clean and a LOT of fun. There was ample bedding space. Everyone showered without ever losing hot water. House was well stocked and very clean. Very nice home. There were large TV’s in multiple locations. We had a great time! "

"First off, Dustin was a spectacular host. From booking to check out he made sure every T was crossed and I doted. The residence was well maintained with all supplies very easy to find. "This property accepted same day bookings but then declined to allow access for 72hrs or two business days. They originally said access would be allowed after 2 hours and took our damage deposit. After we paid the damage deposit they declined to let us in until after our check out day so they could confirm funds that were sent arrived in their bank account even though it was credit card through Expedia. Since we couldn’t use the property we requested a refund and they declined. We never stepped...
