"The house met all of our needs. When we arrived the smell was aromatic and clean. We noticed a few ants in the kitchen on in the cabinets but not a really big deal. We went to run the heat the first night and the airflow was terrible so I looked at the filter in the hall way ceiling return grill and it was completely plugged so I bought a new one and changed it for you. I left the old one in the garage by the washer and dryer. The master bathroom exhaust fan needs to be replaced also. We enjoyed...

"We were down with family for the Big Sur Marathon. The home fit 6 of us very comfortably (4 adults and 2 kids) and would have been fine with the 2 more adults that were expected to come but could not make it. The kids loved running around in the backyard and we enjoyed an evening around the fire pit. The location is great with the ocean just a few steps away and getting into Monterrey in just a few minutes. Will definitely look to see if this house is available again on our next visit!"
